i bought the x20 wireless and the z20 keyboard, and they both have been lemons. the wireless feature on the mouse stopped working and hasn't worked since literally 2 minutes into using it. im not new to tech i grew up with pc's this is not user error. the keyboard disconnects randomly but only in the last 3 or so months (owned for a year) the rgb stopped working on the keyboard for about a month but it started working again. so i guess no complaints there. they feel really high quality but have just been a headache. i dont recommend buying either if youre going for a long term setup

@@NecroAG Have yet to XP those issues (doesn't mean they don't exist) but connectivity is also dependent on what you're trying to connect to, it has 3 different methods of connection (wired is always the best solution) and the RGB issues could be driver related or resolved in Senapse. Honestly my biggest issue with the X20 is misclicks. But quality is great at that price point*

@SuperMetaTech I agree with the driver possibility. I keep it updated (there haven't been many since I got it), but that could have been a bad driver update or something. Another issue I've had that I really can't blame the mouse for is my scroll wheel doesn't register anymore because of a physical break. I play tarkov so any physical damage to the mouse is..... understandable.

It's super easy to OC this card but then the thermal paste will dry up in 6-12month. But its super easy to replace it.

I used to use the evga sc edition and the temps went even lower once i added thermal pads on a few chips that coupled them with the heatsink. And it doesnt even have a backplate

After 2 minutes i stopped watching. Annoying background noise. Background music has ZERO! sense!. I do this with almost all videos with continuous background noise including bass: "Don't recommend channel".

Hey@@valoy8966!! @ 1080p, and depending on the game, 4070s should have little bottleneck affect with a 9900K. I imagine, if you're interested in a card in this price range, and with 12GB of vram, then high+ is the target with your games; and turning your graphics settings up would also alleviate any potential CPU bottleneck. You've given me an idea.. we do have a spark 9900K sitting around.. 🤔

@SuperMetaTech it drops randomly sometimes from 2600mhz to 1900mhz it's random and the temps are fine it don't go over 70% in demanding games it's happening in almost every game for example palworld and dungeonborn gta calisto protocol games like csgo don't have it

@@houcem2kf40 GPU throttling. It's pretty common as you can see in this video, even with the ocerclock. More comoon in Radoen cards, even with temperature overhead', the speed will shift depending on how graphically resourceful the game/scene is.

Got one for myself. As a first time computer builder and degenerate anime fan on a soft 1500 dollar budget. Works super well, Easily crushes all of my games in 1440p Ultra Native or with DLSS with over 80fps in everything to 120-200+ in more competitive/older triple AAA games. I also appreciate its slim size lets it gets lots of air in my relatively combat Fractal Pop Mini Air case. Super happy despite the 50dollars extra cost as it was selling out on Amazon

even when I had my golden silicon lottery ticket 1660 Ti, realistically you only gain like 5 fps in some games with the best overclock possible and the effort is just too much now that im almost 30 to be worth it. running cards at stock clocks is fine, imo it's more important to get a modern card with good cooling. my 4080 runs at 68C under full load and so it boosts very high and its more than good enough for what i enjoy. (1440p 120+fps ultra graphics, max raytracing i get steady performance in 95% of games with it so im fine.)

And I mentioned in those tidbits in the video quite a lot. 95% is a lot, I'm not sure how many or the type of games you play, but 1440p/Ultra/RT without DLSS/FG is hard to come by in many games that support the technologies. You also have to be on 40Gen to enjoy FG, to which OCing modern cards not yielding any true performance bump.

@@SuperMetaTech got a 1070 would allow a post and work intermittently,sometimes it would see it in gpuz sometimes it wouldn’t see link and bus speed,tore it down and alcohol bathed it with a soft toothbrush scrub ..no avail..decided to use an old toaster oven in garage…the whole deal ..foil balls..kept it level (flipped it during process) so the soldering would run both ways ..380 7 minutes..flip 7 minutes Works flawless now…7 days straight on kombuster …games just fine.

Great video and also super important to remember. Starting with the RTX 30 they started using error correcting vram so you might not get artifacts and it might not crash. But if you push the memory too far, you'll reduce performance. You got to find that sweet spot

It's decent but I feel like power efficiency needs to be taken into account. I bought the 13700k and that shit runs HOT I'm going to return it and swap it for a 7800x3d.

@@pfgoblin I mentioned it in this video; other factors to take into consideration, if you're CPU is running hot. How hot is hot? What does it peak and under what load? If it's a gaming load it shouldn't be high but cooler/thermal paste, motherboard, case, will all play a role. But 13th gen has other underlying issues.going on, but either way not a bad switch Fam.

an electronic oven consumes 3,5 kw, or a simple hairdryer eats up around 1kw. This card i believe games with around 150w, which is not much, and also overclocks well, gaining usually +7-10% performance like the whole maxwell line.

I have two gtx 970's that i bought for $100. They did not come with SLI bridges. Is it worth spending the $20 bucks for a SLI bridge? Which one should i get? Since i have 2 of these 970's that will be running in SLI does that mean i have 7 GB of VRAM instead of the 3.5 GB?

@@TalginHanks Depending on the game running those cards in SLI won't give you that much of a bump in performance. And the vram isnt stacked; you'll only have 3.5GB available. The CUDA cores are but not the memory.
