Yes and Amen Graham!!! I just said this in a team meeting yesterday! I have recently realized in building my business that my pace is "slow." At 57, divorced after 25 years, building a new business in a new state, all the things, I can't look at what anyone else is doing, I have to navigate my journey slowly!!! Thanks for the confirmation!!!

Soooo true. Love this! The FOMO is real but building a business at pace truly keeps you in the race longer and with more peace.

The oddity that came to mind recently was: I can see a future for my young son filled with opportunities BUT when it came to thoughts about myself, I could only see missed opportunities, a short future, and a need to rush. 🤯That’s when I realized that I had been believing a LIE about my own path!!! ❤The truth is before us, even in nature, Great Things take time to grow.

True... All true but judgement & urgency can get clouded when you are in your late 40's or in your 50's & have a goal/passion in this exciting virtual world we are presented with...Realistically, you may not have the 20, 30 or 40 years you are describing in your sicarios... You are a bright guy, you surely know you have many followers heeding your advice who are in their 40's 50's demographic... Not that your advice isn't sound from the "measure twice, cut once" better planning perspective, but it seems that different chapters in life carry different opportunities, challenges & even urgencies...

In some ways different seasons of life carry different "opportunities, challenges, and urgencies" as you put it - but still it doesn't change the fact that things take time and you still have time. Moses didn't "get started" in his true calling till he was 80!

If I wasn’t running out of time I wouldn’t be burning my audience out and only posting promotion type of content and not adding real value. I would also, start focusing on going hard on KZbin and actually making content.
