I love this video and have watched it so many times! I wanted to ask everybody.. is it okay to use IEM's for vocal recording, because then we have the option to remove one of the earbuds and avoid any headphone bleed into the microphone? I have tested this and it works well, so will probably buy a few pairs of the cheap (but good sounding) KZ EDX PRO X IEM's for session recording. For reference I keep it real simple, use a Rode USB microphone, and utilize the 3.5mm output for the IEM's on a splitter for artist/engineer.

For the delay throws, you can place a compressor before the reverb, and side chain the vocal signal in to the compressor (and set your attack and release) so that it will duck al the vocal and only "release" the signal to the reverb when the main vocal signal gets low (meaning at the end of each sentence or bar etc.
