Sometimes it is the worst case scenario - after 8 years of muscle pain, ocasional paresthesia and leg numbness, i found out i have MS....and last year i also started having gut issues. And yes, i do have lots of anxiety and depressive symptoms, but frankly how i wish my bodily symptoms were only anxiety related..... When it comes to physical activity: The stretching exercices only help if you have a fairly healthy spine. Otherwise, it can cause more pain in the stiff areas. I was doing 5 tibetans over the course of years and didn't realise i was hurting myself additionaly. My point is - sometimes the pains and spasm must be adressed by a proper medical professional who will, amongst other things prescribe the correct exercises for you. And maybe the most important thing - if the underlying issue of anxiety or depression or any kind of stress is not dealt with, all of the exercises and other techniques will at the end of the day be just a crutch, serving to patch things up temporarily.....

I've drank for 50 years and the last 7 years it's pretty obvious my body doesn't metabolise it as well trouble sleeping some mild paranoia and unable to kick the hungover feeling as quickly not as much fun as it used to be oh well im 65 and still standing and slowly weening myself off the sauce
