Criminal defense and Title IX lawyer Ryan Pacyga brings a tip for parents of students. Whether your child is in middle school, high school, college or graduate school, you need to watch this and learn how to protect them! Many parents do not know that if police or a school employee pull your student out of class and interview them, they may not inform the parents! I have seen cases when children as young as 12 years old have been interrogated by school employees or law enforcement without even warning the parents first. You should let your child know that they should politely refuse all questioning UNTIL they have an opportunity to call their parents and get advice from their parents or a lawyer. Nobody can force your child to answer questions but they will not inform you or your child of their rights. Also, at colleges and universities, your student may receive a Title IX notice and be interrogated. Have the discussion with your student ahead of time so you can protect their rights and protect their education. If you find this video helpful please share it with other parents. Let me know what you think in the comments and feel free to subscribe to my KZbin channel. You can also contact me at my website www.arrestedmn... or call me, Ryan Pacyga at 612-339-5844.

I know the last time I looked at it which is 34 months ago.. it’s totally ridiculous title nine say girl gets raped in college it’s domestic abuse I have all these people from all these outside agencies administration that’s immediately trying to let this girl know that she needs to let this go her fault she could go to jail basically doing everything that traditionally we knew was terrible and wrong blaming victims and the whole point of throwing up all these roadblocks immediately so that she don’t go to the police and try to get it prosecuted correctly like it should be and also to waste time so she needs to go to a hospital that’s reputable that has sane nurses, make sure she gets the evidence collected correctly because used to be there person got sexually assaulted and whatever fashion you want I talk about was pretty much known right away but not anymore… used to be the victim might not report the incident only because how traumatic it was that she had to relieve it in her mind but they always did kind of do it because they knew that’s how you stopped the perpetrator from doing it again but not these days they got all kinds of ways to make the victims shut up for these agency start advocating to the victim to keep her mouth shut and go on and we got therapies that aren’t gonna work to help your trauma but we’re gonna pretend like they do… we got some churches that will indoctrinate you in immoral beliefs that are taking over.. but anyway what ridiculousness could actually happen is probably happening is what they want is instead of being a victim in a legitimate court system with real lawyers and judges and actual litigators… you’re supposed to be in some kind of administrative meeting with students and staff members of the school and these activist know Jack mediating complaint you have against somebody that just violently committed SA, anyway I can go on and on it’s just a joke mockery. Oh I need to listen to your videos longer.. you already know what I’m talking about you’re the one that defends the perpetrators. I’ve seen a lot of you guys videos on how easy it is keep these predators free in producing victims and case one of these victims tries to pull something fancy and actually prosecute the perpetrator. Too many loopholes are BS crap that somehow all of a sudden makes people not liable for these allegations…
