Nice job.....again👍 Als je persè het standaard golf 2 dashboard wilt handhaven is dit een 10+ oplossing. Zag in de comments ook al iemand adviseren een golf 3 dashboard te plaatsen zodat de teller beter past maar als r toch een aangepast dashboard in komt beter gelijk die van de RS3. Optie is ook een golf4, tt 8n/seat leon 1m, S3 8L facelift. Die hebben een heel eind dezelfde teller unit.....iig meer ruimte. Wat dan ook nog een optie is is om de rs3 tellerunit te voorzien van het "ruitje" (voorste deel vh kombi instrument) van èèn vd boven genoemde autoos. Deze zijn zga vlak. Das voor de volgende conversie of iemand die voor hetzelfde probleem staat en minder engineer is dan jij 😬 Wel blij de ralley weer terug te zien👍

Dank je wel man zeer gewaardeerd allemaal, feedback en chat erover is altijd het leukste wat er is. Vind de curf in de display als je er dan in kijkt veel mooier ogen als de tellers achter een platte plaat maken, en idd omdat het kan 😊 Idee van deze bouw is zoveel mogelijk RS3 achter de originele Rallye look bouwen maar onderhuids hyper modern. Thanks 👊🏻

@NonstandardNL dat zijn voor mij idd de interesantste builds. Oude karroserie, nieuwe techniek,.....zoals je met de golf3 n bmw ook aan het doen bent. Zag zo al jaguar e type, porsche 911, lancia delta n stratos usw voorbij komen. Megavet.

i used the vr6 rear trailing arms with original shorter mk2 syncro axles combined with 02m (mk4 or TT) inner cv joints You also have to put the inner ones on backwards on the axle without locking clip (this for making a little bit more room for the axle)

Knap staaltje werk, kan altijd genieten van dit werk. Zelf dingen bedenken, óók al kost het veel energie en hoofdpijn. Deze aflevering doe mij denken aan Bad Obsession Motorsport. Zij zijn al 10 jaar bezig met een classic Mini Cooper om te bouwen. Naar een 4X4 met Toyota Celica GT Four Turbo.

Without a doubt, epoxy powder coating leaves the final finish much cleaner and more beautiful. The work is coming out very nicely.
