Why is everything being mixed by hand? I don't think Levain bakery does it this way.

I tried some recipes ( almost they're all the same ingredients ) the cake doesn't wanna rise up i thought at first that you added yeast but i checked multiple times Then i found that the problem was the oven it self so i tried baking in low heat, high heat, at the very bottom of the oven and on middle as well with water bath and I even tried without water bath all the same result. anyway it tastes so good even if it's a flattened cake

Thank so much for your recipe! It turned out wonderfully with 3 gr salt because my health eating no to very law salt. I also divided it into 8 loafs of 86gr. baked! Hot water pan removed after the first 8 minutes, continued baking 12-15minutes. Stay healthy!

hi, is cake flour (180g) same as self-raising flour that i use to make butter cake? or should i use ap flour only (400+180)? quite disappointed my cookies never hold its shape before this with other recipes. would love to try this one out.

It's not Japanese. Soufflé pancakes were invented in Hawaii, by chef Nathan Tran in 2009, at Cream Pot restaurant in Waikiki. Japanese chefs stole his creation. Just FYI.

The second batter you add on top comes out a little more soft than the first one. It flattens easily. I never get to make these pancakes perfectly and I want to start a small business selling these 😂. Is there any place in South Korea or Japan to learn 😂?
