The video is literally cut to take out all the context needed to show any proof of anything. If he didn't do anything to deserve it why would he cut the clip? This is an extreme example, but based on what we see, for all we know mitch could have pulled a piece and pointed it at mizkif. He could have pulled a knife. He could have swung first and there could have been a full on fight before what we see at the end. The loser of the fight posting nothing but the before and then cutting to him on the ground, does nothing but make me suspicious. Nothing else matters aside from the parts of the clip we don't see. Not what Alinity or any other dumb streamer says, not what Mizkif said after, nothing. Without seeing the missing parts of the clip we can't come to any concrete conclusions. Mitch was intoxicated on multiple substances, clearly had a bad reputation, and then tried to play the victim as hard as he could. I highly doubt what he says is accurate... but like I said, without the clip there is no way to have a valid opinion one way or the other.

Your bias on this situation is so unreal. Imagine trying to have an unbiased opinion on a situation like this and you open up your video with "got destroyed". Obviously Mitch didn't pull Miz out of the car. he is on the ground next to the door he came out of. If he pulled Miz out of the car or went anywhere near him at all, he would be on the ground on the other side of the car. Finally, it shows Mizkif slamming on the brakes and getting out of the car and going over to Mitch's side of the car. Also, if you watch Mitch opening the door it coudn't be more casual. If he was looking for a fight he would have been moving a lot faster then that and not being so casual. In the end, Mitch's statement seems like it's from the heart and fits what we see in the video. I think a reason Mitch is being so ballsy with his claims while not going legal with it is he knows both that he is lying, and that mizkifs hands are tied because hes on a tightrope with sponsorship deals within otk, because he worked so hard to be able to get sponsors again, and any mention of this on his part that could draw this out or bring more attention to it which would hurt his company and his image all over again and spit on the faith his coworkers have put in him to make it back after they didn't let him go in the face of all the allegations a year back, of which Mitch's "alleged" miscommunications and misrepresentation of the conversations had between those parties caused btw. The damages of that to mizkifs reputation and relationships apparently caused him to attempt suicide twice so its insane how despite all of that, in typical mizkif fashion he gave Mitch another chance to be friends only for it to end up like this. Also if public favor which tends to be against him has somehow wound up backing him up there's no need to push back atm.
