Clearly, Mitch is not the most threatening person. He's a skinny skater, gamer boy who listens to rap to look cool. I don't see him ever getting in a fight or hurting anyone physically. They had also known each other for a long time, so if he was threatening Mizkif it would show up in other ways, such as chats & recordings etc. Therefore, I don't see "threaten me or loved ones" in this case. I still agree with you that if "threaten me or loved ones" comes into play, sure! But clearly not in this case to give potential permanent injuries and risk someone's life. You also don't see any damage on Mizkif, so there is a very big chance Mitch wasn't as emotionally invested into ripping him apart "Say the wrong things"? This is a free country, and you are able to express yourself freely without assaulting someone. If we were to settle everything with violence... Mizkif had every chance to just stop the car and tell him to get out to de-escalate, break off the contact. Then, if Mitch refused and wanted to fight him in the car, then that's a different issue, but I really doubt that happened. It's just an emotional rage from Mizkif that was unable to control himself

I think a reason Mitch is being so ballsy with his claims while not going legal with it is he knows both that he is lying, and that mizkifs hands are tied because hes on a tightrope with sponsorship deals within otk, because he worked so hard to be able to get sponsors again, and any mention of this on his part that could draw this out or bring more attention to it which would hurt his company and his image all over again and spit on the faith his coworkers have put in him to make it back after they didn't let him go in the face of all the allegations a year back, of which Mitch's "alleged" miscommunications and misrepresentation of the conversations had between those parties caused btw. The damages of that to mizkifs reputation and relationships apparently caused him to attempt suicide twice so its insane how despite all of that, in typical mizkif fashion he gave Mitch another chance to be friends only for it to end up like this. Also if public favor which tends to be against him has somehow wound up backing him up there's no need to push back atm.

The video is literally cut to take out all the context needed to show any proof of anything. If he didn't do anything to deserve it why would he cut the clip? This is an extreme example, but based on what we see, for all we know mitch could have pulled a piece and pointed it at mizkif. He could have pulled a knife. He could have swung first and there could have been a full on fight before what we see at the end. The loser of the fight posting nothing but the before and then cutting to him on the ground, does nothing but make me suspicious. Nothing else matters aside from the parts of the clip we don't see. Not what Alinity or any other dumb streamer says, not what Mizkif said after, nothing. Without seeing the missing parts of the clip we can't come to any concrete conclusions. Mitch was intoxicated on multiple substances, clearly had a bad reputation, and then tried to play the victim as hard as he could. I highly doubt what he says is accurate... but like I said, without the clip there is no way to have a valid opinion one way or the other.

Obviously Mitch didn't pull Miz out of the car. he is on the ground next to the door he came out of. If he pulled Miz out of the car or went anywhere near him at all, he would be on the ground on the other side of the car. Everyone is just too busy hating Mitch instead of actually trying to understand what happened. Not that it matters much. Anyone who would assault another person like this without being in any danger whatsoever, needs to be locked up and there is no excuse for this behaviour.

People have watched Mitch stream for years and Alpha male picking fights isn't something that comes to mind. It's no surprise watching those supporting Mizkif because they are either business partners with Mizkif or a smaller streamer that doesn't want to lose potential content with Mizkif...we all know that's how streaming works, stand up for the bigger streamer. Finally, it shows Mizkif slamming on the brakes and getting out of the car and going over to Mitch's side of the car. Also, if you watch Mitch opening the door it coudn't be more casual. If he was looking for a fight he would have been moving a lot faster then that and not being so casual. In the end, Mitch's statement seems like it's from the heart and fits what we see in the video. The people wanting to see the whole video just want to troll Mitch and watch him get beat up....it I were Mitch I wouldn't release the video either....really, who wants a video of you getting beat up out on the internet forever and why feed the trolls.

Your bias on this situation is so unreal. Imagine trying to have an unbiased opinion on a situation like this and you open up your video with "got destroyed". I looked at this subjectively from both point of views. Their are so many questions around this whole thing and a lot we'll never get answers on. Completely agree, the video being edited where it was is very questionable. But perhaps theirs even reasons for it beyond what you mentioned(hiding violence). Perhaps his lawyer said it wasn't worth including. The 3 minutes of context in this video is so irrelevant. Hi, I'm Alllinity2 and I was also at that party and Mitch didn't get into a fight with anyone. I was there, I promise you~ With no actual footage of said allegations who cares in this situation. Cannot be used to to defend something that happened later. What is confirmed is that Mitch was actually injured, as to which of the extent Miz caused it we'll probably never know. But to use basically 20% of this video to defend his position on such undefendable accusations is crazy to me. Especially after your first initial comment. It's clear your biased. What is indefensible is Miz saying "you want it again?" If that's not an admission to assaulting I don't know what is. Regardless of what we know Miz did to him physically at that moment we'll never know likely. But clearly an admission of guilt on assault.
