Shaolin Kung Fu training is much more demanding and difficult than any special operation training in the military not even green berets or Seal team 6

I did the 8 week training program (that you can find in the Special Operations Recruiting website, if you type in the search bar, “Training Guide”) 3 times in a row. Each time I added more weight and distances. I would have added Farmers Carry with and without Rucking. I would have added more rope climbing. I had one technique where the rope wraps around the leg….. not fun if you have to climb ropes in shorts. Get to area where you can climb ropes without your legs. It’s possible, with the correct weight and strength. The Farmers carry helps with grip strength for rope climbing and Team Weak events when you have to carry stupid things with your hands while under a Ruck.

Funny after spending 29 years and retiring from the USPS you meet and work with a number of former military people! Most were fine hard working people! Some a few not so much ! Any ways a number were triple or even quadruple dippers! One fellow a really nice guy complained a few times to me about all the taxes he had to pay! This man a good worker and honest guy retired from the air force an E--8 (military pension! He married another air force vet an E--6 ( military pension). Both worked for USPS at least 20 plus years (postal service pension). Both have enough credits for social security benefits when retiring; Both have fers savings buildup! All legal retirement benefits! Maybe a good reason to pay alot in taxes!

Most officers I met were exceptional either in charisma or technical ability. The senior officers I met were politicians save a few. One officer who happend to be SAS was exactly what I was told an officer should be. He was erudite, aggresive, thoughtful yet decicive. I lost touch with him I'm afraid. I got in trouble and let him down.

I graduated from Airborne School in May 1986 as a Cadet. Like you said it was not that difficult, except the day before the course started Day 0; that was where we were introduced to "Break Area Procedures" this was one hour of non-stop grass drills moving from one exercise to next while running in place in a saw dust pit. I was blowing black snot for the next 24 hours. Also this was back when they still had the gig pit; before PT every morning we and our equipment were inspected, if you passed you did the regular calisthenics before the run, if you failed you did break area procedures before the run. This was also during the first generation of BDUs so there was no rip-stop light weight fabric, it was during a high temperature drought so the Black Hats "took pity on us" and hosed us down the entire time we were running and "allowed" us to dry off by rolling through the sawdust pits until we were "granola bars". I loved Tower and Jump weeks! I retired with 57 jumps and five foreign wings, Airborne All The Way!

Excellent, Bro! The thing that I have always told soldiers on Active Duty, then and now when I get a chance to interact with any of them, is exactly your message: Mental toughness, the WILL to never give up, for anything. Regardless of the painful blisters on your balls of your feet, between your toes, on your heels and the painful upper back from the heavy rucksack, NOTHING should deter the motivated, confident, committed and focused RANGER student - He must be a Steve Rogers (Captain America) and he must take any physical pain ALL DAY, in order to make it through and graduate. Anyone that made it through SFAS, the Q-Course, should not have a problem with making it through Ranger school, unless they come face-to-face with a biased RI! The bottom line: Be All That You Can Be by being STRONG of mind and NEVER quitting! AGL, U.S. Army Special Forces Retired.

KZbinrs/ Readers here is an example of the abuse of intelligence surveillance & gathering that took advantage of first time parents, first marriage of a interracial couple. This post will help you familiarize the presence of abuse of hidden surveillance before the internet and when the internet supported mental psyOps attacks on the general public. **************************************************************************************************************************************** The presence bigoted abuse of federal intelligence has been involved since 1981. My father, a filipino navy recruiter married my mother, a black woman. We were to be stationed by the military overseas on Clark Airforce Base, Philippines en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clark_Air_Base My parents were assigned inner ear communications from federal intelligence and internal biases grew due to their investigation findings. These results that took place without the couple's knowledge. The Intelligence agency then stalled with locating housing for the interracial couple. This placed the couple off base within the provinces of the country during the early 1980's. Internal Communications continued within a group of bias analysts who took part in the expendable abusive use of this couple as research intelligence gathering for internal biases. The couple eventually was permitted to reside on CLARK AIRFORCE BASE PHILIPPINES. Their first child was also enrolled and evaluated by this bias team/ analysts on WEISTMEISTER ELEMENTARY. The 6 year old became the target of analysts whose bigotry involved an extreme use of intelligence gathering and its powers and authorization. Federal intelligence begin staging coordinating scenarios situations that would reel entice a response behavior useful for inflicting paranoia, frantic behavior. * WOULD YOU COMMUNICATE TO OTHERS TO PLACE A CHILD IN NEGLECTFUL SITUATIONS DUE TO YOUR OWN PERSONAL BIAS? * WOULD YOU EXPECT U.S INTELLIGENCE/ FEDERAL INTELLIGENCE PUT IN PLACE STRICT & SPECIFIC UNCOMPROMISING REGULATIONS IN HOW TO USE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTAL SURVEILLANCES & ITS EQUIPMENT WHEN GATHERING INTEL? ** YOU WILL READ DETAILS OF A WEAK ENFORCEMENT OF ETHICAL STANDARDS AND A DISREGARD OF CIVIL RIGHT POLICIES AND CIVIL LIBERTIES. ** YOU WILL ALSO LEARN OF THE BIAS PREJUDICE MINDS OF THE INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS AND ANALYSTS WHO DISREGARD IMPORTANT POLICIES. BIGOTED MINDS WHO SHARE A COMMON GOAL TO HOMICIDE INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE USE PSYCHOLOGICAL INDUCING PRACTICES (AN EXAMPLE OF INTERNAL INTELLIGENCE CRIMES AND LOOPHOLES WITHIN THE AGENCY) The presence of federal intelligence has existed since I was 6 years old. My father followed inner ear communications. I was evaluated in elementary schools junior and high school after avoiding planned homicide malpractice. My father's instructions would have me placed in a room alone. I will then be left alone with a strange man who federal intelligence would gain intel on my response behavior they planned. This event staged by federal intelligence to gather intel on my response behavior. ****My mom would also be placed in staged situations overseas for intelligence to begin gathering intel on their staging of events to gather useful intel to criminalize or guilt sling U.S intelligence who was interested in my response behavior with a strange man. He would lay back on a fold out cot where a conversation would ensue and raise concern that I may have an incestuous attraction towards my father. Communications between the Philippines and the United States would locate a younger blonde mistress to lure entice my father in having a marital affair when we returned to the U.S. Preparing to return to the U.S he was provided the following inner ear narrative: " THATS NOT MY KID, THATS YOUR CHILD"- U.S analysts (federal intelligence. This would be mapping out homicidal ways to intrude and inflict harm through traumatic events We would return to the U.S and my father, filipino navy recruiter would continue to receive inner ear communications to have me, SEE NOTICE OBSERVE the new navy office at 9 years old. Later my mother and I would go on further visits that would also be influential criminalizing and thought provoking. A planned situations a directed visit that would have me appear threatening. Due to the events overseas that was staged by federal intelligence to have me appear deviant ( gathering of response behaviors from staged coordinated events scenarios that would be used to inflict paranoia. - CRIMINALIZING TACTIC BY INTELLIGENCE. NON-DRINKER BROUGHT TO A BAR . INTEL GATHER AS AN ALCOHOLIC. CRIMINALIZING TACTICS. I WAS ENROLLED TO ATTEND A PREDOMINATELY ALL WHITE CHURCH & SCHOOL. AFTER LEAVING A CO-WORKER OF A RETAIL STORE WOULD BRING ME TO A BAR CLUB. RESPONSE BEHAVIOR TO GATHER INTEL. ***( my mother experienced the exact tactic when I was 6-7 years old. federal intelligence would coordinate a situation an event to gather intel useful to criminalize those they express bias or extreme prejudice for) During this time, my father would be provided the chance to cheat in his marriage. Due to the previous tasks he followed from Intelligence overseas. It developed a false fake sense of advocacy. This belief, this deception presented by federal intelligence made it simple for the agency to lure entice the navy recruiter into their arranged coordinated marital affair. -- WHEN THE MARITAL AFFAIR WAS HAPPENING THE WOMAN (WOMEN) WITHIN THE AGENCY QUICKLY IMMEDIATELY SWITCHED AND ACCESSED THE INNER EAR COMMUNICATOR INSERTED ON MY MOTHER AND SHE RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS TO DRIVE IN A DIRECTION HOME WHERE SHE CAUGHT THE AFFAIR. SHE WOULD BE RACIALLY INTIMIDATED WHEN SHE CAUGHT A YOUNGER WOMAN WITH HER HUSBAND. U.S federal intelligence conveyed this message: - You not special - Your husband is with a younger blonde woman now - Hate yourself *You can read more of the abuses and racial intimidation formed with the use of inner ear intelligence communications in the link below. Since federal intelligence began intruding on my parents relationship I became a target by this use of intelligence remove secret form of communications to form deviant behaviors and dysfunctional criminal behavior and learning differences. While this agency forced influenced self hate while strategically promoting highlighting the accomplishments of others for continued racial intimidation. -racial intimidation on my mother: U.S INTELLIGENCE LOCATES YOUNGER BLONDE MISTRESS FOR MY FATHER ONCE WE RETURN TO THE United States -racial intimidation the child ( avoiding attempted homicide overseas philippines) -Federal intelligence involves filipino navy recruiter's family in participating indefiling and racially intimidating the child they agency wanted to be molested and murdered. Federal intelligence has filipino navy recruiter's family position new photo of the navy guy's family for the victim/ first child to SEE NOTICE OBSERVE the new photo to convey highlight the difference. www.blogger.com/u/1/blog/posts/8171438184632290820?pli=1

Also in the navy once you make e-4 and have a rate (called an MOS in other branches), you’re formally referred to by that rate. So if someone’s a Hospital Corpsman and they’re an E-5, they’re actually called “Hospital Corpsman Second Class” instead of Petty Officer
