It would be cool if there was a healer that has a melee dps rotation that doubles as a healing rotation. I can see this being executed two ways. 1. It could be like sage in the sense that it heals when doing dps and also accumulates resources(when executing the rotation) which can then be spent on either burst healing ogcds, or high damaging ogcds. The difference is that the healing done scales with the dps output. So essentially, the better you are able to execute your dps rotation, the stronger the healings are. (Think nascent flash, but not as strong and doesn’t expire). 2. They could make it so that when you attack your enemies, your skills deal damage. And when you “attack” your teammates, the same set of skills heal them and give them different buffs or regen instead. The point of this is that this healer is going to have a full skill rotation that doesn’t get in the way of them healing their teammates.

The Garlemald duty is absolutely insane. A very bold choice for MSQ!

36:19 to give one small defense, being a cook and making gunpowder are applicable skills. Chefs are specifically trained at dynamically scaling measurements based on ratios of things. Did you need to make soup for exactly 36 people but the recipe only has measurements for ten? Well they dont have time to whip out a calculator to dynamically adjust the ratio of, say, chicken stock to water they need, therefore they need to have developed the skill to do it on the fly. Making gunpowder isnt that much different. You have a specific ratio of ingredients to mix and you need to be able to dynamically shift how much you need of each ingredient based on how much explosion you want. Too much of one and blow yourself up, too little and you just make smoke. A chef is the exact right type of person for that job.

I finally realized why this video (and some others) didn't show up in my feed. Apparently instead of the stupid bell I never used, since I don't want email notifications, there are now different subscription options in a drop down menu. Turns out it automatically was set to "personalized" and so it didn't show. I had to manually set it to "all", which now gives me a bell icon, but that's some typical youtube bullshit.

I've done all the ultimates with hardcre statics. Some ppl said if u are applying a hardcore static, u need better logs, but thats not true at all. My first ultimate was TEA and I was progging with super-hardcore static and they just want consistancy and do your rotations well. Don't make the same mistake so many times and most importantly just be CONSISTENT. Yes, you can utlilize the logs to become a better player but don't be an addict parser who greeds at the expense of others.

I don't know what it is, but I just could never get myself to try this game beyond the demo. It just made no real impression on me and I was wondering if I was just missing something. I feel like it's probably a game I should want to play but just never wanted to. Now that I spoiled myself on everything I certainly won't now. I don't think I would be as critical about the story as you had been, but you do make a lot of good points. The supporting characters seem more interesting than the main characters except for that annoying pirate with all the meta "humor." There were some funny bits in here and now that I commented I would certainly also get recommended your videos for weeks. I actually don't know why I am writing this comment because it's pretty much turned into "haha, or wow awesome" like drivel. Some of those moments in Chrono Trigger I haven't seen in decades so that made me feel wistful. Well that's it, I didn't want to see Sea of Stars fail or anything but I did feel like why am I the only one that isn't enamored by this game even if I only had the demo and initial first impressions to go by.
