Resilience results from the practice of integrating both "good" and "bad" experiences in a manner that continues to reinforce one's core world view, values, and goals. We can see aspects of all experiences as metaphors for what we stand for and the good in our lives. For example, one can understand one's tormentors as weak, unfortunate individuals, while recognizing our own strength to help victims of such trauma and even confronting our tormentors in a stern but compassionate manner (ie tough love).

I'd recommend also watching a few presentations by people who actually have ADHD - as this guy does a pretty poor attempt at explaining it ( in my humble opinion as someone who has ADHD )

@@chriszin94 Not true - on mom's side she's albanian . Her albanian grandfather opened a candy shop which is still open today operated by her albanian uncles . When I travel in that area ( stopped last month ) I always stop there for some chocolates . FACT - 100 percent true.
