It works on mobile just like shown but dirt track is needed to fix the minimap.

You don't "need to" fix the Minimap, though, if memory serves me correct. I use the Stadium Event to fix the Minimap in the EP/FP Tornado Video of mine, and in that case, I NEED TO DO THIS in order to properly follow the Fire Truck. Without seeing the Minimap's Road Structures, I'd suspect that to be impossible. Hence, I had to enter a Stadium to get the Minimap's View back. In this case, though, no need. After saving/reloading, the Minimap is also fixed, too.

Nope. It always fixes itself when you save/reload. I mean, check my Save File Showcase Video of my DE Save and see how the Minimap looks, yet, I have THIS Forklift in my Save, and many more Special Vehicles requiring Methods like this that screw up the Minimap's look. As said, goes away when you enter certain Interiors/Missions, and surely goes away when you save/reload, too.
