You can see the northern lights just as brightly anywhere in the northern lights belt, and it is not limited to Lapland. This is a scientific fact.

As a Finnish American I would like to add that the flavors of ice cream are different too! We do not really have Licorice, Salmiakki, Pear, or even apple pie flavored ice cream in the States! At least not that I’ve seen. We do get paid overtime (time and a half) for hours worked over 40 hrs per week. I think we might even get double time if we work on holidays.
