Hey❤ a trick for faint veins is drink lots of water before you go get bloodwork. The water will hydrate you and make your veins pop. You will barely feel the stick🥰

Your doing great. I had the same problem with portion control and paying attention to portion sizes. When your fill just walk away from that plate don't feel compelled to finish all on your plate. Your less likely to over consume food if you pay attention to your portion control and serving sizes. ❤ Over eating after this type of surgery can be very dangerous ! If you don't have a nutritionist then get one. ❤

A tip for the medicine is see if your dr can recommend or prescribe a gummy or liquid option…if you have to do a pill do tablets and get a pill crusher🥰

Please make sure you are working on your mental health because that's the key to losing and maintaining. *** Muscle does not weigh more than fat. Muscle is denser and takes up less space than fat. Imagine if you have a 1lb brick on your left and 1 lb of cotton on your right. You will need a mountain of cotton to make 1 pound so it will look huge next to the brick even though each is 1lb. I would say this early on, do more cardio than weights, maybe 40 minutes cardio, 20 minutes weights then once you drop more weight, you can incorporate longer weight sessions.

Hey Faith, I haven't seen you in a while. It's so good to see you again. I myself have been gone for some time. I had a really bad emotional attachment to someone, and it took a lot of time to heal from it. Im still in the healing process of it. Im saying all that to say. I think the person had cluster b personality disorder, particularly npd. I think your kids' father might fall under that cluster. Im only telling you this because when I first started watching your channel and you related the kind of things you had to go through dealing with such a man, I had no idea what personality disorders were. After what happened to me last year, I can clearly see these personality issues in people who have a pattern of them. Im telling you this so that you do some in-depth research on this cluster B so that you don't drive yourself crazy feeling like you did something wrong or that it's your fault. People with cluster B personalities tend to manipulate, gaslight, and lie a lot. So please do yourself a favor while the kids are young because he'll be in your life for a while, and they tend to amplify their behavior as the kids get older. Love you, Faith, and I hope nothing I said offended you. If I did, my sincerest apologies. ❤❤❤❤

If the b12 or b complex gives you panic or feel too wired, try an adeno/hydroxy version of b12. Methyl versions of b12 and folate can cause panic. Pure Encapsulations has a liquid version of the adeno/hydroxy form of b12. But of course there are others. Taking lots of b12 puts potassium to work, so be sure to take some potassium at least occasionally. California Gold Nutrition has a liquid Folinic (not folic) acid you can take instead of methylfolate.❤

I have a digital scale and depending on where I weigh myself around the house it differs which I don’t understand. So I find a spot where I leave it and measure from the same spot. Also, I always weigh after urination first thing in the morning before eating and drinking.

Another thing to keep in mind is that your skin doesn't just snap back after you lose pounds. It takes time.

If u are having heavy periods your losing to much blood that’s why your anemic and your iron levels are low, get your hemoglobin checked as well the thyroid may also be the issue, causing everything to happen I’m going through this 🤦🏾‍♀️🙏🏽

Well you didn't gain weight because you have clothes on and usually you don't. So you probably lost weight because my doc put 3lbs for clothes. Using that model you actually lost one lbs. You definitely look thinner and happier

I also wanted to say that. It's best to weigh oneself without clothes, after going to the bathroom in the morning and before breakfast or drinking. I did not get how often you do it, but I learned it is less frustrating and also more accurate to weigh oneself only once a week. And of course there is muscle gain. And even if it is not: it is a journey and as long as you stay on the path you will reach your goal. Your beaming confidence derived from the way you actually feel is more relevant than the scale, the scale is only for orientation.
