中上層焗左28分鐘上面焦黑,很成功。裡面少少軟心,下次試下再減2分鐘。但100g代糖太甜了,吃起來是熏甜的味道蓋過了芝士味。下次減醣至45g!

In place of Inulin, you stated that 5g sugar or honey can be used instead, then you shouldn't call your recipe is Keto. Keto recipes don't use sugar and honey. Oat fibre comes from wheat, shouldn't psylum husk powder be used instead? Your recipe is confusing.

Hi Aileen, this recipe is keto friendly. If you know about how yeasts work, the carbs in the sugar/honey will be consumed by the yeast during the proofing process. Also, oat fiber is the hull, hulk or outer shell of the oat grain. It is pure insoluble fiber with zero calories and is 100% keto friendly. Some people who are on keto diet do not like the smell/texture of psyllium husks and this is an alternative for adding bulk and improving texture of keto breads.

蛋白粉打发了但入烤箱后爆发流出来然后完全塌下来不能成型水水的,请问什么原因??我已做第二次了打蛋白打了快45分钟才发

请问为何面团很湿完全无法用湿的手弄成粒状只好用冰淇淋勺才可以放到烤盘上,洋车前子粉用研磨的是有分别吗?我跟着你的是放boiling water 就是热100度的水对吗?出来的成品味道好但不够发原因是什么呢?麻烦你的解答谢谢
