half of a large avocado (~120g) 半個大牛油果
30g basil leaves 羅勒葉
40g baby spinach 小菠菜
2 cloves of garlic 大蒜
10g walnuts/pine nuts 核桃/松果
Around 45g water 清水
Store pesto (covered in oil) in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or store as cubes in the freezer for up to a month.
