Haha i got the same plasma cutter and the best way to remove the barb fitting is....... HEAT. Get yourself a torch heat it up to soften the sealant thats on the threads.

I wish that dumb air inlet fitting would have came loose for you. I am going to buy this same machine and hope I can get that fitting in the air regulator loose.

I would bet it would've not blown that breaker, & cut through that 1/4" if the machine was plugged directly into a 125V outlet & cut in 5 sec. bursts as to not overload the duty cycle. The extension cord is what overloads your 15-20 amp breaker. Nice little metal burner though... hmm, What do I want for Christmas?

Yeah, you lost me with your inability to remove a simple barb. Crazy
