The reason their girl crush image worked is because the songs were good. The reason their soft/innocent image didn't work is because the songs sucked. CUBE is successful in spite of their management. G-Idle would have entered the same fate as CLC if it wasn't for the courage of Soyeon to take charge of their music and direction of the group.

They had a big international following and Cube just ignored it. Then they restarted with their new girl group and focused on them. Then fumbled the newest girl group again.

I love CLC still to this day and follow each member. I have been with them since day one. Cube dropped the ball big time with these beautiful and talented women.

I only came across CLC rcently so all of this was so sad knowing that it ended a while ago. Honestly, there isn't anything more slimy than putting more effort into copywriting the name to prevent the group from coming back in a new form instead of, you know just supported the group and succeeded together... Even worse, it's twice as heard breaking knowing that kep1er is ending/ended as well... I really liked both groups.

They are still my favorite group ever. I've watched their reality shows, and every episode of Cheat Key multiple times, so I love the girls, and can forgive the up and down ride that was their discography. Honestly, you can listen to, and watch all their videos in a row since debut and enjoy them, and see their growth. And you can see how talented the seven are, as both Yujin and Yeeun made the new girl groups on shows, and Eunbin is enjoyable in the drama series she's in. Cheshire will always love and support them, and I'm sad I will likely never to see them in America live. And they are popular with their fellow idols as well. I also love their dance practice videos and radio live performance videos. ❤😺

Like alot of my friends love TXT but for me the song is just not my vibe so i get so much hate

There's a lot of stuff that wasn't mentioned which also caused the downfall of CLC. Cube might have somewhat tried with them, but at the same time it felt like it was their first time taking care of a group. During their debut, CLC's music was blocked, anyone who tried to post fancams or use their music got either a copyright strike or had the video removed. And that's just the beginning. Another example is how their songs were just not added on US Itunes. CLC was quite obviously more popular internationally, but Cube didn't take advantage of that. There were multiple issues after Me and Devil were released, and it took MONTHS to have them finally added onto Itunes (and when they were added, they ranked very high on the charts, just proving that they had a solid following). Hell, they didn't even upload the individual teasers for Me on KZbin. Even simple things like that can sometimes help. But with the lack of proper management that CLC had, I'm surprised they even managed to come this far.

Seriously CLC deserved so much more. Seunghee is doing plays, Yeeun is doing Queendom Puzzle, Elkie is gonna be on a program in China whose name is escaping me-- Seungyeon is doing amazing as a dancer, Sorn is doing her solo things, Eunbin is acting- theyre all doing so much that I hope all is fans can support!

Really can't wait when the time is right for the clc comeback cheshires deserve. I hope all the girls do well in the solo activities. Just really love how all of the girls constantly mention they are still a thing, its nice to see groups

It’s just been announced that Yeeun is participating in m-net’s survival show Queendom Puzzle! There will be 28 contestants who are all current or former members of a girl group. They will compete to become part of a global project girl group, the final amount of members hasn’t been announced yet. Please support her so she is able to re-debut in a group like Yujin did in Kep1er!

Cube took away from me my two favorite groups, 4MINUTE and CLC, at least CLC still being friends and still being CLC, Cube basically sabotage 4minute friendship (they may be better now, hyunah and sohyun look to be in touch now). But I'm happy seeing where they are now. My alarm tone is To the sky, that song makes me cry and makes me feel motivated.😅

💔🥹 debuted the same year w twice, same gneration w twice,rv, omg, lovelyz but knetz dont really have interest on the concept they did for debut. They feel Disappointed w the cute concept and condemned them.. later on they change concept hoping to be accept by the fans, but fans comment boohoo abt them, feeling uninterested. when ppl say noise music i tend to think of songs that just sound messy and incoherent, have nonsense lyrics, and usually bad raps too. an example would be o.o by nmixx, the song was just all over the place and especially in the chorus part, the layering of the instruments along with the shouty (?) vocals and nonsense lyrics just made it sound messy and grating for me at least. i feel like noise music is definitely a thing, but the word is kinda overused tbh. also its not rlly genre related, things like composition and layering of instruments, bad lyrics etc. aren't a genre thing, but just what constitutes a song being bad or good. thats just my opinion tho idk.
