Sorry, but this is a bad video. You could see all lights flickering, and the presenter not speaking herself was not a good thing, and the video was not sharp. Please, do it as you have always done. The presenter is beautiful though.

Is this also for rent ? I think its very nice but the price might be a little to much to compete with other properties that could offer a cheaper and better option , square meter and type of build .... Side note, the lady in the grey pants , has a sweet butt and a sweet smile .

Hello, I'm from Italy I have Thay wife and we have home in Chiang Mai. I looking for buy a condo in Pattaya for investment. As foreigner quota I already know the money have to come from outside thailand. What is not clear The money have to come all in ones frome the same Bank Accont or I can start move the money before maybe in smaller tranfer and after purchase the Condo?

Beebee says that yes you can do small transfers. But let your foreign bank know that the money transfers to your Thai bank is for a condo purchase in Thailand. They will inform your Thai bank. @@ginzoneo you need to get in contact with someone to do the transfers. They will also need to know the name of the condo property you plan on buying. I highly recommend you have a Thai real estate agent walk you through all this. Even one spelling mistake on the transfer forms will lock up your money at the Thai national bank until all the paperwork is in order

Beautiful home. Likely too much pink for most buyers and the kitchen is too small for this large home. Yet the location of this property rocks! I do wonder how far the rainy season flooding approaches the property...🤔

It's 16,800,000 Thai Baht for a home that has to go in a Thai persons name... I'd stick to Condos and avoid problems in the future.

Hello Tony Surman. This unit is only for sale. Also it is tough to find a condo rental for only 1 month. Minimum now is 1 year with the rare occasion of 6mos. I think your best bet would be to find a serviced apartment directly.
