It's 16,800,000 Thai Baht for a home that has to go in a Thai persons name... I'd stick to Condos and avoid problems in the future.

@@tonyforever Even If I married a Thai person I'd get a Really nice Condo in my name because how many stories have you heard of guys trusting their wives and getting nice homes only to be kicked out or ripped off later.. We all trust our wives but you never know until you know....
