I’m not quite sure if this unit is still available but the owner was only taking 6mo minimum rentals. Contact Beebee in 2024 and she can help you find a unit. I can’t suggest planning now since what’s available now will most likely not be available in the future. Plus there’s always new units hitting the market. Good luck 👍

30,000 for 1 year rent thats only 882 us a year that cant be right for nice 2 bedroom. whats the cost of utilities per month with a/c running? and how much is internet per month at least running at 50Mbps?

30k baht per month for 1yr contract. Utilities you can expect to pay ~3k a month if you like to sleep with the Aircon on in the bedroom. Water will most likely be 200-300 baht a month.

For internet I’ve always prepaid for the whole year. I’m with TOT and I paid 3k baht one time price for 12mos for 300/300 fiber line.
