hey i had a question! i’m 13 and overweight + i don’t have anywhere near a dance or ballet body, but something about dance (specifically ballet) just makes me so happy and it lets me find my happy place. the only thing is i’m pretty bad at dance, so do you think i should quit or should i continue?

I met a circus athlete today that immediately showed me this video after I told her I’ve been dealing with flexibility and mobility issues on my hips and hamstrings for some injuries I got in the past. As a calisthenics athlete I know it’s crucial to improve on my weak points to be able to keep developing skills, and also to live a life pain free. I did some exercises of this video today and I found it extremely challenging and super effective. I’ll try to work on them at least 2-3 times x week, and hopefully in a couple of months I’ll see good improvements. Thank so much for sharing this workout 🙏🦾

35 now and i always loved ballet by watching it on movies as there were no ballet classes in my country only a few these days...I still want to do it...crazy how my daughter loves it too trying to make sure she learns it

I'm new to your channel but I LOVE all the videos I've done so far! I must say though that at the moment I was feeling very stressed and out of control so I decided to do this workout to feel better and I want to let you know that you made my day! When do you know you reached the intermediate level? How many inches from the floor? This routine looks fabulous, and there are a few stretches that I haven't come across before.

Ciao Alessia. Si sente in cuore buone persone come Te, si sente dentro di cuore e da voce che hai. Con cuore sono come il Tuo Whatson vivo e vivace - esercizi che evito o le facio piano sono solo isomertrici il resto e da fare. Grazie z Te finalmemnte la danza fa ridere e solvare il livello di danza cosi come veramente so no dentro. Ogni giorno cammimo meglio e non sono cosi diasabile come prima. I miei amici non credevano che si puo stare meglio da danza. Poi l'inglese e duro x me, xo quando parli tu non uso più i sittotittoli italiani. Grazie Alessia.
