Thank you for explaining it so well. Only my right wrist curls up (snake hit) but watching this tutorial I now know not to do that. I also learned to keep the hands by the face and shoulders back and ready. What’s your stance? Can’t wait to practice tomorrow.

Count and listen 3 hits.... 123 ,strike.... 123 strike... 123 strike Bag hits on your first swing (1) rebound and hits (2) and goes back and hits (3) then you punch when the bag is on it way back.

I feel like chain like swivel allows for more variation of hitting the bag. I just witch to lightning fast title. It's great but I suck at trying to be fancy. I can only hit it normally since it doesn't have the 360° contact. Someone needs to make a chain like with super speed and low noise.

I have the Title beginner bag shown at 7:00. I find if I try to go fast on it, I start losing control of the bag and it just swings wildly in circles. I certainly cannot replicate the "machine gun" like rhythm with it. I also have an old Everlast TaS bag, which I have not tested since changing my platform to the new corrected height. Might also be time to consider changing the swivel.

Thank you so much man. I was doing the punch the wrong way I'm glad I ran into your video it already improved my speed bag skills. I have a question I have a small speed bag but it doesnt say how many psi on the bag like my medium one does. So how much psi do I put in a small 7.5" x 5"? I looked everywhere online and I get so many different answers. I'd appreciate your help. Keep up the good work

Hey my friend!! it minute? I trust you are doing well. I injured my shoulder and neck, so I haven't been active with the bag. Sure do miss it. You spoke about protecting your hands. It appears that you have gloves on. I am correct? If so, where can I get a pare like the ones you are using? anyway. Take care. It was great to see you show up again!!!

@@sharonkatz4451 then the only thing I can think of would be that one arm is not crossing fast or far enough around your body. That is why one foot makes it. If the left foot doesn’t make it over the top then make sure your right arm wraps around you further. And the other way around for the other foot.
