Thanks very much for making the video and am subscribed now and looking forward to seeing more.

Yeah bro kids certainly seem to learn and absorb such things both physically and intellectually alot quicker and deeply then older folks I do believe, as a general rule. Also remember and it sticks with them alot longer too I think even long after they may stop learning or practising or using it much. Also have less ingrained behaviours, habits, fears or emotional trauma that may affect their performance. Hence for them to become really exceptional at something very complex and difficult both physically and /or mentally like say wrestlingand fighting or languages or this new popular activity of being annoying ingrate snot nosed little punks for example... it seems best to get them started as young as reasonably possible. Or alternatively maybe a good reason to not let them get started respectively. 😀 But seriously I love Family and consider it sacred and love to see or here about good parents and especially good Fathers who head their family's and marriages well and do and give and sacrifice and put up with so much for their Family's sake and would fight the whole world or give their life without hesitation. Sooooooo very important for raising good kids to into good adults too. Though especially our current crazy messed up culture won't ever give you proper credit for it and try to devalue and beat you down at every turn but... we know. :) And don't worry ok? They may have that aforementioned edge over you at their advantage but I'm at least 60% sure you could still whoop their little asses and send them running home to cry to their mommy! 😠👊 Jk. 🤞✌️👍🤝🫡

@AhmedShraim4 жыл бұрын
My pleasure always my man. I think the 10-7 is a tad too big for my taste but could offer a more challenging workout sense you have to hit it harder to make it move faster. but generally my favorite for all around workout is the 8-5 one.

Hellow Coach. Great to see you in another video. Because of your awesome coaching, and teaching skills, I have all those tricks down. I have the doubles down pretty good. However, my pace seems to have a little lag in between the bounce. I will work on that. Thanks for the clarification on how long the duration of consistent time laps is recommended. 10 minutes is tough, but I can see where it's worth it. I thought I came across a video that you did on warping your hands. I can't find it. Did you do a video training on wrapping the hands? Anyway, Great to see you again. I always learn from your wisdom. Thank you for doing theses videos!!

One more question. How do you feel the work on the speed bag helps your boxing skills? Thank you for any reply!

Well the speed bag creates rhythm and timing. Two very important skills for a boxer. It also develops and improves eye hand coordination. Not to forget how it increases hand speed and shoulder stamina.

Depending on your skill level. If you are new or intermediate then stand square and don't worry about your boxing stance but if you are advanced then you will need to bounce a little bit as you punch.
