Guruji i have started my powerlifting journey recently i have join rajasthan open classic powerlifting championship but I failed . I believe that in future i will do best . Guruji me pg me rehta hu toh protein intake or supplement lenen ka budget nahi h toh muje normal food se pura karna padhta h 81 weight h please veg diet batao do high protein
