I did platinum this game a while ago, and while I agree that the game could've been handled a bit better in some regards, I still had a pretty good time. Yes, the Atlasphere was one of its strongest suits. Even better, the one in Space (while it does hold a bit of backtracking there, it's still relatively easy to tell where you've been) is the wildest one. No guard rails, the area looked pretty cool for the time, and the music used in this one would make me dance (no wonder it was also used for the credits). The music in general is quite atmospheric. Knight Time is one that holds the BIGGEST musical impact, despite being a recycled Gauntlet stage that uses Coco instead of Crash (fortunately, it was the 5-relic stage) It was my first Xbox game ever played back in Christmas 2003

The developers did the best they could at the time before the games launched. The graphics in the 90s were as good as you could get back then

I started off hating this game it grew to I’m going to platinum it. It got really hard on the time trials. I got platinum on PS4 then decided to do the ps5 version to platinum. The second time was fun apart from the last few levels on time trial. Was my favourite game until I tried gt7 on psvr2.

Stormy ascent is the greatest level in the trilogy. Honestly a lot of my top 20 would mainly include crash 1 levels. I really like air crash a lot though.

I agree with the worst 6 placements. Those levels (aside from cold hard crash). SUCKED. I think high road is fine, but road crash and native fortress completely halted my play through for 3 years, I returned in 2020 and now I have a love for this orange marsupial. Still I struggled slot with the three games, I got the original 3 games for PlayStation and I enjoyed them a lot.
