Awesome vid! One thing I like about pike fishing is the challenge. Since they can spit hooks easier and cut the line easily it makes your technique at fighting them much more important, and it can be so rewarding as you got a shot at a huge fish.

Yes that’s what seemed to have happened. Not sure why he didn’t let go of it before going into the kayak! Also though, this bait is made of durable elastic material so it doesn’t tear like traditional plastics! Pretty cool 💪

I was out by Maiden Rock, and the water was so shallow I walked out about a half-football field, barely covered my knees, and the bottom was muddy. It's good to see you did better down there
