Phil Ivey did *NOT* cheat. His advantage play was totally within the terms agreed-upon by the casino, and exploiting defects in cards is not cheating.

There is no such thing as cheating in a game against the house. Ivey politely asked the casino if they were fools and would like to be taken for millions of dollars. They replied that they were fools and would be happy to be taken for millions, though not in so many words. I would sooner play HORSE against Steph Curry for $1M a letter than play any game of chance against Phil Ivey...or even near him. One casino security consultant said it best, "I wouldn't let Phil Ivey play slots at my casino". That man is no fool.
