The Game kid effect makes you invulnerability to all damage, inflicts fear to all enemies (making them unable to attack you and run away form you), dealing 20 contact damage, gives you a chance to heal a half red heart on enemy death, and makes you unable to shoot tears It doesn’t hurt to pick it up, and could very well be helpful if you get lucky. But it’s still not that good. A 5% chance isn’t that much, and the affect only works for big groups of enemies. I’d much rather have something more reliable then something that’s too luck dependent to work.
