I know people wont see it but I will give my thoughts on this vid and season 8 I like season 8 even tho it is the worst season This season has couple of hidden gems,i like student 6 and I love season 8 finale despite its problems(also cozy is one of my fav villains in the series) Ok the aj and rd episode Well the only thing I can see is that rainbow would be this eager for the teacher of the month(aj not so much but I can kinda see it but yea the rest of episode I completely agree) The twilight being pissed at cmc Yea another point I agree It was forced as hell The flim flam brothers argument I dont see Cause sure she doesnt have evidence but cmon those are flim flam brothers who you know wanted to ruin aj farm and I go on Ofc she would be suspicious despite lack of evidence) Like she even gave them s chance in this episodes in some occasions So yea this argument falls flat imo The fluttershy personalities I can see it happening but only to the point when she insulted the raccons I think she would realize that "hey what am I doing" and etc Cause remember when flutteshy was pushed back to the corner she can be aggressive(season 2) but only as last resort but yea i dont think she would be this rude but a tiny bit aggressive?yea I can kinda see it The voice of silence-yea i agree I think it would work better if it wasnt fluttershy who said this. creators couldnt figured it out who could so they went with her. The starlight one -YES i agree as well But I can see this trade happening but under different circumstances like e.g. someone threaten starlight that they would hurt trixie and then this trade would make sense but only in this scenario With the mud briar-the only think I can see is pinkie not liking him cause lets be real-who likes the way the mud briar speaks-especially the technically line? Like I get she care for maud,but I dont think she would go this far Ok the yakity yak(or whatever you spell it) I dont see one argument That pinkie wouldnt be this upset about the instrument Cause let me remind you We get couple episodes where pinkie spends a lot of time in yakyakistan so she clearly enjoys their culture And before you go and say "oh but pinkie like other places and she doesnt have anything related to them" stop right there We see she likes the culture She likes crystal ponies or griffinstone and she doent have anything from there cause she isnt as interested We can even speculate that she spent a lot of time there offscreen which is why she likes the instrument and that it means a lot to her With that in mind ofc she would as upset in the episode so it makes sense that she is this sad about it. The mane six here tho- i agree Also I think pinkie would notice that ponies dont like how she plays but she still optimistic and then ask mane six to confirm her suspicion Then the rest can be kinda the same The cmc -the only explanation i can see is that they are still kids so ofc they can have different motivations sometimes but yea it sounds like a lazy excuse Discord being upset makes sense but what I would do is: He wants to impress fluttershy and that is it. No means comments from him Then starlight realizes that discord can be helpful with bringing the light to the school by being himself Boom there we go Sending mane six-well the only explanation I can see is discord trust the rest of mane six enough to protect fluttershy. Again,lazy writing but still. The evil mane six-the should have done two episodes about this and there we go Also I like that the tree of harmony is dealing with them cause it adds a bit to the lore of the tree itself Flim flam scam-the only explanation I can see(this will be reccuring theme of this comment) This episode takes place already after ep 1 and 2 which doesnt work cause cozy is there(if they just didnt showed her you could argue like this but oh well) Rainbow dash not flying- well anotehr explanation can be that this magic doesnt work as tirek,which just brings more questions than answers The window-wasnt it locked? I mean they could have destroy it but idk(i wouldnt call it a plothole just inconvenience or contrivence) The magic system-I actually like this idea Yea it is kinda simple that magic is the answer to those creatures being.. well them But at least there is some explanation which I like rather than lack thereof Yea the conclusion of the finale was rushed but still enjoyable imo Again I love cozy so she is carrying this finale for me Neighsay - yea he is very wasted I like your idea and I would push it further that after he provides his arguments,somw ponies can be like "you know I dont agree with his mindset but he has a point" this could have been later used by cozy later And yea his arc is very rushed But I will give the credit when it's due-he is realistc(apart from arc) cause some people will not explain their beliefs despite being confronted about it Now the school of friendship I think what went wrong is simple(my opinion ofc) New writers were afraid of backlash that if they sideline main 6 and others in favor of stufent 6 And unfortunately they were proven kinda right Some people dont like student six and therefore the school which is a shame cause I like them But yea school is wasted i agree with everything you said about it And now student 6 Once again I agree with what you are saying What I would do is make student spend time with mane six separately Like gallus with pinkie for example And there we go both problems solved for both sides And ofc make more episodes about them Wow this was a long comment But I like this video It was nice hearing about what went wrong with season 8

This tells me that, according to the tweet, that Grogar has arisen from Tartarus and will appear in Season 9. That means that the first words of the tweet would basically spell out "[Grogar] arises on #MLPSeason9 from Tartarus". From what I understand, the real Grogar was never shown arising from Tartarus, nor was Discord before he pretended to be Grogar. However, there might be an explanation for this tweet: the real Grogar _was_ seen, albeit briefly in a picture book in "The Ending of the End", so the staff could have been referring to the real Grogar having escaped Tartarus offscreen but never physically appearing, but still technically appearing in some form due to him being in that picture book. This way, the tweet could align with the Grogar/Discord plot twist. It's still very confusing to me though, because the show itself, from what I understand, never confirms Grogar (or even Discord pretending to be Grogar) arising from Tartarus.
