Woah, this is my main phone back in the day (probaby around 2012 / 2013). That camera looks amazing it that day. Used to record some activity with my classmate. Sadly, mine got broken in the display twice (because i always slide it all the time).

Also all controllers sadly still use batteries, I play milsim in vr for hours and mid fight itl run out and i have to go pause and run to a store to get batteries

That’s a great point! The leap from the Go to the Quest 2 seems huge, and I can imagine the jump would feel even crazier compared to moving from Quest 2 to 3. Thanks for sharing your experience

Back when it was still supported I moved & for ages I couldn't find my Oculus Go ,I found it a few months ago & was excited because a musician that I liked had made a fun vr album/game for it called Infinity Equals One but when I put it on to try it no matter what I did I couldn't connect to the internet with it so that bands app & a tonne of other games & apps that I had paid for didn't work very well & some games/apps didn't work at all anymore ,I now don't understand why I can't connect to the internet with it seeing as you still seemed to be able to 😢 .. So if you or anyone else has any suggestions i'd be very greatful ,I've tried searching but can't find any info on that problem at all 🤔🤷♀️

Id give you mine I have custom firmware on it that lets you use it for Xbox cloud gaming and a bunch of other stuff it also lets you use it with a similar software to air link with steam vr controllers and trackers

I still consider it modern.. 2020 wasn’t that long ago, and it’s still the most recent console. As for the featured console, the HDMI port is definitely a modern touch, although it’s a pretty common feature nowadays.

Oh, that’s unfortunate! Gear VR was such a cool concept, but it’s tricky without a compatible phone or controller. Maybe you can find a second-hand controller online and pair it with an old Samsung phone.. it might just bring it back to life!

i got the oculus go in 2020 on my 10th birthday and i was happy with it since it was my first ever vr headset and now it just doesn't boot up and i had an old game i made for it in unity that i cant get back to now but when i got my quest 2 ripped the apk of gorilla tag from it and got it running on the oculus go and it was laggy
