Well. I've ordered a DSI for a very low price that has seemingly the same fungus under the screen lense as it on video. I've had high hopes that I will see how to deal with it. But I guess I'll have to deal with it myself. Oh well, at least I have experience with 3ds screen replacement, I hope it will help. Other than that, a good video as a starting point in disassembly.

I dislike ASMR. In my opinion it's irritating and I personaaly know people who think the same. There's also people at internet who thinks likewise. But that aside, this video was well made and it helped me to do what was needed to do with my DSi. Thank you for that. 😃👍

Thank you for your question! No, the Nintendo DSi doesn’t use thermal paste since it doesn’t have a cooling system like a traditional computer. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I followed the video and reassembled mine but for some reason the SD card slot no longer works. I plugged in each cable so I'm not sure what went wrong

Try to take a good look at the connectors, make sure you didn't damage anything
