I beg to differ. Bridgetowne is where those fooled by RLC come to buy. RLC can pump the jazz as much as they want, even using the beautiful Heart Evangelista in their ads, but as someone who purchased a property at Velaris at Bridgetowne, I feel betrayed by RLC. Let me explain. First, the sidewalks are VERY NARROW and NOT world class. It's meant for one person at a time. This is not how you build a luxury surrounding. Wide sidewalks encourages the community to walk freely and SAFELY. Second, the Obstacle Park and the Pasig City Hall being built is a slap in my face. They are an EYESORE. The city hall will bring all sorts of people in Bridgetowne, not exactly the "LUXURY" lifestyle they promised me when they were selling the condo to me. The Obstacle Park is dirty, littered with garbage and completely void of grass from obvious over use of the land from people, its sidewalk is VERY NARROW. Third, the bridge has NARROW path for pedestrians to use. So if I were to visit Opus Mall from Velaris, I would have to risk my life walking on that narrow bridge dodging people coming the opposite direction. This is NOT world class. Fourth, have you seen Rosario next door? It's PURE SLUM SQUATTER. How can they charge US DOLLARS $360,000 for ONE Bedroom ($700,000 for two bedroom) when your view is SLUM squatters and the filthy stinking black Markina River? Have you seen the squatters living in the Marikina River? Luxury means not just your place purchased but it also means the surrounding that it comes with. Fifth, have you seen the buildings being built at Bridgetowne? They are SHORT and WIDE. There is no interesting, shaped buildings that makes an area architecturally interesting to be in. RLC builds BORING SQUARE buildings. I would like to say more, but I can go on and on. Suffice it to say, RLC needs to learn from MEGAWORLD and AYALA on how to REALLY build a world class "mini city". RLC is clueless and should stop pursuing in such building endeavors going forward, they have BETRAYED their stakeholders. No Bridgetowne is NOT going to become BGC for the reasons said. So people need to stop comparing the two.

Go cry me a river. I picked Haraya Residences over Parklinks ALP. Haraya is square and short? It's pebble shaped and I'm on the 60th floor. Penthouse is on the 66th floor. I was reserved a unit at Parklinks. I have 3 Ayala condos already, one in BGC and 2 at Circuit Makati. Btw, there's a separate walking area to the mall. It's not where the bridge is. Edit: Btw, I'll take over your Velaris if you want out.
