Just use .ogg, that is what Minecraft uses for packs. You can't use .fsb, there are no editors that handle that format. Most good sound editors can save to .ogg, I like the free Audacity.

Depends on the problem. The first thing to check is if the addon or pack is for your version of Minecraft, every new version adds features that can cause addons and packs to fail unless the author updates them.

Xbox is set up a bit differently than Java. Since I don't have an Xbox I don't know the specifics, but if everyone would subscribe to my channel I can get an Xbox if I hit 100,000 subs. So tell everyone you know to hit that sub button and pretty soon I will be able to do videos for Xbox.

I don't use Nova Skin any more because it hasn't been updated in years. I now use Planet Minecraft. Not sure how to do this for mobile, but I am planning on getting mobile and doing videos for that later this summer.

It works the same as Java except for the normal differences in how the basic pack is set up. The file is textures/environment/sun.png

@@HTGGeorgealso do you have a tutorial on how to create a custom jukebox? I wanted to add many custom tracks to the game however they are all bigger than each of the discs currently in vanilla. I have managed to to put the soundtracks in the game and they are classified as records however they don’t play with the current jukebox and I can’t figure out how to allow that. Thanks!

Works fine. If MC is still playing the normal music then it isn't seeing the new song file. First check for spelling errors, the disk name has to match the original disc name exactly. Next make sure you didn't use any capital letters in any file or folder name. I am doing a new video on this in just a couple of days for 1.21, I will add in the things to check if it doesn't work at the end of the video.

As you move away from the jukebox the music will fade out. But there is a glitch that will let you hear it anywhere, just leave the song in stereo and it will not fade out. This glitch has been fixed in Bedrock, but it hasn't yet been fixed in Java. So, Mono and it fades out, Stereo and it doesn't.

Double check your folder and file names. Make sure you didn't use any capital letters. And the file name is pack_icon.png, not pack-icon.png.

One more thing, make sure that the textures are saved as png files, not just renamed png. Has to be saved to that format.

Also when I made another pack with the same icon and sent it to a friend on PC the pack icon showed but the disc texture didn’t so the icon doesn’t show on mobile for some reason.

​@@HTGGeorgeI'm playing on 1.20.1 but the folder (sprites) just literally wasn't in the zip folder. And as for the texture pack not working, I added it after installing mods and I think it automatically goes to the top after activating it, but I'll go and test it right away just in case it doesn't for some reason. And thanks for replying and for those guides, cause they helped a lot either way. Everything that works in my texture pack was made with your guides, really great work!

@@HTGGeorge okay I tried and the thing I forgot since yesterday when I was doing it, the version of the texture pack with the title does not even show up when I boot minecraft with mods. It works completly fine without them still tho:/

Sounds like Minecraft isn't seeing the new sound file. Make sure the folders are correct and that the names of the folders and files are correct, with no capital letters.

If the original song is still playing then Minecraft isn't seeing the new song file. Check the folder names and file names, they need to be 100% the same as the originals.

Make sure you follow every step, exactly. It won't work otherwise.

@@jokullhrafnsson3139 check the code, make sure you don't have any typing errors, and make sure it is in the correct folder. Also in Bedrock you will only see the change when you put the disc in the jukebox, you won't see it in the inventory.
