wow. this video sure tries it's darnedest to paint trump like a man who knows business. what it fails to mention is that trump didn't start out with a loan of 1 million dollars. over the course of about 20 years, trump blew through his fathers entire wealth to the tune of about 450 million dollars. given to him in a series of loans and once he opened his casinos, his father would go and buy millions in chips and then throw them away. basically giving his son a tax free loan. which allowed him to still declare the company at a loss year after year so he could get the tax write off. he has famously been under audit for the past 11 years because of a tax refund of 75 million dollars he got because his businesses were always losing money. you have to be a really bad businessman to bankrupt a casino. the house always wins. they are basically money printers. but because of his shady bookkeeping and all the shady deals he was doing, when the books from one would become so overcooked even his corrupt accountants wouldn't go near them. he would open another casino right across the street. in the end they just cannibalized each other into bankruptcy.
