your volume/speech is very poor and blurry and people/viewers of your video are not able to understand a word you are saying....maybe it`s the way you speak I don`t know but i was dissappointed that i could not understand your text etc etc.....

For me it was just getting closer to normal like 130-140ish on only 500 metformin, then asking hey can i just TRY to go off it and I will measure what my numbers are and see how much it goes up etc. I think he didn't expect me to drop insulin and metformin by changing my foods adding in more activity etc but he just said sure lets give it a try... I hated metformin btw always tore up my stomach.

If you mean how I determine my baseline? That is just a summary of my blood sugar meter, after a week it will give me an average sugar, so then I record that as that weeks average, hope that helps.

I've seen these online, they look like they would be great. A QUESTION: Are the little Cup Inserts HARD Silicone (like Plastics) or SOFT Silicone (like Egg Rings)? The Mini would be a great addition for use in my MOTORCOACH or my Conversion Van for camping.

They are easy to manipulate by hand in sink not hard formed thankfully or id probably get frustrated and toss em by now, Ive been making egg bites and cheese alot lately with the bigger ones.

I’m trying to come off metformin also… been getting reading just over 100 fasting and barely rise’s after meals. Seems like my doctor wants to keep me on it, unlike your doctor… recheck blood in a couple weeks, we’ll see what he says. I l went from 292 lbs to 242 lbs in 5 months.

I just ordered one! Thank you so much for your video. I learned that it is easy and it's not messy. Too bad you didn't show the Wahl trimmer part but that's ok. Thank you for mentioning that you used the FlowBe vacuum cleaner to clean up the hair from the trimmer. I don't thin I would have thought of that. Looking forward to hair cuts over here!

I have been craving pizza for quite a while now, then I remembered fathead pizza. I'm so excited to try your pizza recipe. It looks wonderful. I do have one question though. Just out of curiosity, why the white wine vinegar? Does it somehow change the taste or consistency of the crust? I'm totally in, I'm just curious. No one else uses the vinegar in their pizza dough.

Has to do with the dough rising has no effect on taste though. I’ve even made it without and didn’t really notice much difference. After making many I’ve found I precook crusts then freeze them then I make the pizzas on the crust that’s been cooked and I get a crispier crust out of it I also now use a pizza pan with holes in it to help with crispy crust too.
