Busy but productive week, been tracking carbs, monitoring sugar (slowly coming down), trying to move more sleep more, this week down 2 so I will take it (Bill).
MiniTrip planned for this weekend to take Stacey on a little bday weekend trip ;) Girls will have family here with them and just enjoy hanging out without us here I am sure.
