Hi guys! Glad to see you back! Have you changed your posts to monthly now? Bill, if you like tea, have you tried the pre-sweetened Southern Breeze cold brew teas? They have flavored, decaf, original (plain) single and family size! About $5 for a box of 12 if memory serves. Sugar free with sucralose. You both look fantastic! How are the hot flashes going Stacy? Hope they’re easing up some for you. I just had a couple of Johnsonville bedda chedda smoked sausages rolled in Mission carb balance spinach tortillas. I keep the sausages in the freezer for a quick snack (5 min if thawed in microwave & about 7 or 8 if frozen) if my macros are in a good place.
