Aloha- Funny thing, most of my private clients are in there 70-80s now! I've asked many times for my clients to do the show but they do not want to. If you go to my website and look at the pics you can see some pics of my clients who are in their 60s, 70s., and now 80s doing the same exercises as the ladies in these videos. Not sure what you consider old, but I am almost 50 now. Anything that comes out with me in it now some would consider that old. Okay so I may sound silly. But can heavy metals touch skin and make your muscles tighten? I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and hEDS. If I wear certain metals (costume jewelery, metal hair clips, etc; not sure what kind of metals), my muscles will flare and I will begin to have tightness in my shoulders then joint pains in my hands and throughout my body if I dont take away the metal object. It takes time for the flare to go down.

Hi there and have been doing for a couple of years makes a big difference. Thank you for your top information. I do believe you could mention that one can also feel a bit crappy after the enemas eg headache (maybe dehydration) or just not good because of ridding the body of toxins etc. Anyway I really appreciate your videos and info is exce🙏🕊🥰
