Hi! I am brasilian and o liked your class very mucho. I have a question: can you make a video with old people doing Pilates exercises? I only ser young people, without fiscal problems. I think It os a chalenge to do It. Thank you!

Aloha- Funny thing, most of my private clients are in there 70-80s now! I've asked many times for my clients to do the show but they do not want to. If you go to my website and look at the pics you can see some pics of my clients who are in their 60s, 70s., and now 80s doing the same exercises as the ladies in these videos. Not sure what you consider old, but I am almost 50 now. Anything that comes out with me in it now some would consider that old. I so appreciate you sharing your journey. I’m still trying to figure my health out. Leaky gut and gut dysbiosis. It’s challenging, it resolves and eventually it always comes back.

Okay so I may sound silly. But can heavy metals touch skin and make your muscles tighten? I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and hEDS. If I wear certain metals (costume jewelery, metal hair clips, etc; not sure what kind of metals), my muscles will flare and I will begin to have tightness in my shoulders then joint pains in my hands and throughout my body if I dont take away the metal object. It takes time for the flare to go down.

PS, biomechanics is FASCINATING! But we listen to either 1940s music or farm ambience lol. I want my homestead one day so that's my taste of it for now!

This workout is amazing I feel so much better in just half an hour! I have pain in my right hip from years now and I sit all the time with bad posture. Just one question, should I strengthen the inner thighs?

You're so welcome! Possibly. Most folks are in most need of glute medius, maximus, hamstring, and lumbar multifidi work first.

You should have taken a binder with the metal/candida clense

Hi there and have been doing for a couple of years makes a big difference. Thank you for your top information. I do believe you could mention that one can also feel a bit crappy after the enemas eg headache (maybe dehydration) or just not good because of ridding the body of toxins etc. Anyway I really appreciate your videos and info is exce🙏🕊🥰
