Thank you for another intriguing video. Ray Peat's books sound amazing. This reminds me of Olga Kharitidi's book, Entering the Circle: Ancient Secrets of Siberian Wisdom, where she describes some of the Russian Mind-Body Research. I was raised to believe in Western Medicine and attempted to treat my Health Issues separately, which ruined my Health and allowed me to find this Info, because a Triumph is always sweeter after Trials. Sunlight, Coconut Oil, and Hormones are changing my Life Experience!

Mine too! I came to Ray Peat after lifelong health struggles - rheumatoid arthritis and chronic estrogen dominance - and his work pretty much saved my life.
