really enjoyed this video, it's fascinating to see the doughnut-making process in such detail! but honestly, i think when it comes to doughnuts, the old-fashioned ones are way underrated compared to all these fancy flavors. sometimes simpler is better, you know?

Your baking is perfection. I was a donut baker thru out the 80s and early 90s. I do still bake donuts at home in the wintertime, but I use a brioche time dough and fried them in clarified butter.
