I had low T4 normal T3 with normal Tsh. I felt like death. Eventually I was prescribed Levothyroxine. I felt amazing, of course my Tsh lowered and my T4 normalised and my Dr now thinks I need to come off the levothyroxine. I'm holding onto it with my claws!!!

Very interesting thank you ladies.. more info please on Berberine, as well as Butyrate.. I've been taking low dose Berberine thinking it helps to control / reduce blood sugar levels or spikes, as I am in low diabetic range now & have 3 months to reduce levels to better levels or doc & nurse will start to pressure me more to take Metformin which I don't want to do, but have 30kilos(!) extra weight since menopause 2yrs ago & longer term hypothyroid ongoing ... Just heard of Butyrate, where's good to find out more please, accurate info.. I'm aware microbiome badly damaged by dental anti-bios & childhood vaxs & also Mum didn't have good biome to pass on to me, as well as she had quite a few mercury fillings which the mercury vapour etc can transmit to baby etc, so there's some clean up to do. Apparently also, Ancestral & family energetic /trauma healing - I heard that abandonment traumas can affect pancreas .. my Dad has been making efforts to reverse & now maintain low blood sugar levels.. he's managing better than i currently am 🙏💛🤸🌞🫶

Thank you Doctor Tyna, I just started on Ozempic, and after watching you I was amazed at all of the health conditions that Ozempic treats. My BMI is high putting me in the obese category and my A1C puts me in the pre- diabetic category. I also have Osteoarthritis, so I am very interested in seeing how this drug, along with healthy eating and exercise can decrease the inflammation in my body. I had TKR in my right knee, and I remember my orthopedic surgeon stressing the importance of getting a sufficient amount of protein. I was about to eliminate red meat altogether, but it’s clear that our bodies need some red meat. I would like to know if the resistance bands will aid in protecting the muscle and walking, aside from lifting weights?

I’m 59 and have struggled for 15ish years with a thick middle and various symptoms. Every year I fast at the beginning of the year, as part of my faith and for health, and the weight always comes back on. I began taking semaglutide at .8 for 2 weeks and have a slight change in motility: slower digestion but no other symptoms. I would say I’m a good 40 pounds over weight. My diet is great: high protein and high veg. I have a fairly stressful job and do not get enough sleep but I’m working on it . I am very active and average 15,000 steps per day. I’ve starting weight trading and jump training. Next will be more stretching and resistance training. I no longer reach for red wine to soothe that fried feeling which is a great improvement . I’m pursuing a endo doc who does bio identical hormones. (Hopefully, it is not too late) I feel like I’m on the right track. All that being said, I’m injecting the semaglutide. Does anyone know if the oral semaglutide works equally as well. Thanks friends. 😊

I hope your question is answered because I have the same question! I'm 39, 9 months postpartum with my second child, very active and have no eating issues (very clean diet, high protein, no processed foods or alcohol) and started injecting semaglutide a week ago because I've been working out HARD for 7 months and cannot lose a single POUND of postpartum weight (about 30-35lbs) even with fasting, interval training, you name it. Really hoping the semagltide injections work and help my body *let go* of these stubborn pounds, but would one day like to "cycle off" or maintenance dose with oral semaglutide if it's effective.

I went on 2.5 shot of Monjaro at 345 pounds 07/19/2024 and, before taking it, I would stop every time I went out to buy something sweet or just eat something because I couldn't control my hunger. While I was on it I had no cravings and absolute control of the amount of food I ate, but best of all, I could wait to eat. I went down to 339 in 2 weeks on that single shot. A lot of it was water weight according to the nurse but I know some of it was other weight. It felt good not to be bloated and have self control. What I did not like was that my digestion slowed and I was thirsty as ever. No amount of water helped. I stopped taking it after the first week because I was worried about the long term effects on my digestive system (I have diverticulosis), and the dehydration factor. Listening to Tyna helped calm these worries, as she says its short-term and once we stop taking it the digestive system does regulate. My question is how to control the dehydration? I am now 341 on 8/25/2024,1 month and 1 week later. I can still control my hunger better than prior to taking Monjaro.

I am a retired dental.surgeon. I graduated in 1984. Shout out to Pappa DDS Prior to dental school, I did ezfoliative cyropathology in surg path. Been around healrh hsitories and needle biopsies, tissue washes, etc. Since 1973. It was rare fir diabetes or NAFL to be on the patient history. By he late 1990s, and until I retired, diabetes, statins, or NAFl was fully 80 % of my adult patients over 30. I was removing teerh damaged by periodontal disease and rampant decay. Nd, of course, caediovaacular disease. The corraltion between CVF and periodontitis I believe is fully due to high blood glucose. The bacteria in oral.plaque doesnt xause cardiovascular diseae, the high turnover od peeiodontium, in my ecperiwnce, is an early indicator of endorhelial damage. Both injuries draw calcification from the body to heal. Most autoimmune and dermatologic conditions give early oral signs. Anthropology shows that agrarian cultures developed both decay and change in stature. Womens pelvises became smaller. The peecwntage of young females dying, offen with babies in gravea wirh them, showed an increase in maternal death. Graim farming, civilization, led to the elites and the worker. One only ate grains, plants, the other was the elites who were allowed to hunt and eat domesticated animals. Maybe after the apocalypse the remainder humans will go back to hunting, foraging, self sufficiency. Die from injuries and infections, but have healtier lives. Maybe when the massea of humans are gone, the earth willl be better

I have been on trizepitide for 5 months. My blood work came back normal on many levels for the first time in over 30 years. This while I had only been on it for 2 months. I lost about 25 pounds so far and the inflammation went down in my body. I would highly recommend this. When I initially tried to start my BP was 185/105. So I went on BP meds. (Losartan 50 mg) My dose is at 1/2 now hoping to be off it completely soon. I have since stopped using Trizepitide because the higher the dose the more $ they charge. I could no longer afford the next dosage. I would like to remain on a small dose, do you have any recommendations for me? I went through ICRYO great experience but I need to find a cheaper way to help my body get to the maximum health. I have at least 20 more pounds to go. Also my thyroid is not supporting my body. So I am on a very low dose of Levothyroxine 25 mgc tablet) i’m not out of the woods yet. Though I don’t want to reverse everything that I’ve done to get to where I am now. I’m 60 years old and I have been dealing with inflammation in my body since my third child who is now 35 years old so at least 35 years now. I’m so grateful that you posted this because I have been hearing bad things about Trizepitide and I know differently !!! It has been a benefit to my overall health. Thank you so much for your time and direction. I know you’re not at my doctor, but maybe you can help me talk to my doctor Regarding this circumstance. They were very pleased to know that I was taking this however they could not get it when I tried to order it through them.

So frustrating! Parents of Type one diabetic children are fierce because insulin can kill! Too much is fatal. Not enough is fatal! And doctors are telling parents , let them eat whatever they want and dose for carbs! And that is so dangerous. One dose with just a little bit too much insulin can kill! It seems so obvious, but you both miss this fact! I’m a type one diabetic for 54 years and low carb for 28 years.
