Oh my goodness, I’ve been enjoying and loving this recording for over a year now. However, tonight is the first time that I ever experienced advertisements interrupting the content. This is a tragedy.

Being autistic & having misophonia I find it really difficult to find sounds that gel together well in comforting harmony. This gave me tingles in my face 😍

What happened to the other autistic frequency that had a child with a blue background? Did it get removed? If anyone has it please send me the link or recording for my son🙏🏽

I have autism, it started out good but I couldn't get the conversation of the woman and man in the background "Oh My God, Ohhhh " i couldn't concentrate any longer. 😮😮 I thought it was the meditation form of Boogie Nights

For the commentors on here looking for a "cure" please find me one person in the entire world that can seriously claim their clinically diagnosed Asperger's/Autism has been "cured". It's not a disease to be cured, it's just how our brains and neural pathways are structured.

I have autism and ADHD, I’m a 20 yr old in college… and I have to live in a dorm. At about 10 minutes into this I felt a difference. It’s letting me truly relax after being overstimulated and exhausted.. and it blocks the sounds of my roommate when he’s yelling on his video games at night. Will be using this more… thank you so much for this!

As a preschooler, I was diagnosed with autism by a child psychologist intern. However, her supervisor gave her the conclusion that I was just shy. Growing up, I was social awkward and bullied by my peers and scolded by my teachers. Even holding down a job or maintaining a relationship has been difficult. Out of all the therapies I have gone through, whether it was depression or social anxiety disorder, it was concluded that I have asperger. If my original diagnosis were consistent, maybe my life would have turned out differently. At least it's a weight lifted off my shoulders and can move on. I wish binaural beats were around to help me cope with my issues growing up.

This is helping me relax more than focus. Yet, I am so thankful. Just being able to get a reprieve of the noise is amazing. I love the ocean waves and I am surprised the ring isn’t bothering me in this combination. Do the sounds have meaning? Or does each sound work on a different part of the brain?

This is our 2nd time listening to this. I played this yesterday morning while my son was still sleeping and last night as our sleep music. I noticed a significant difference with his behavior since he has level 1 asd and speech delay. Thank you so much and I will definitely share this to parents like me

@PRISTINE JOEL I'm 53 years old. Taking a few herbs won't be some quick fix I'm afraid. The problem is the heavy metals. Removing the heavy metals is one thing, but so much damage has already been done and this will take some time to repair. I've heard of small children responding well to various herbs that remove the heavy metals from the brain. Recovery is quicker in small children, as they are so much younger and there's been less time for the heavy metals to cause as much damage and so their brains don't take as long to recover. Yes, I do believe that I can completely recover, although for me it will take a lot longer as the heavy metals have been in my system for years and so have had a lot more time to cause more damage. The herbs don't actually heal the Autism, they just remove the heavy metals from the brain, thus giving the brain the opportunity to heal. I have discussed this with my naturopath. I'm currently on a heavy metal detox and have had a few heavy metal detoxes over the years. The Asperger's has lessened slightly over time, but still some healing to do. Thanks anyway.

How ironic to literally have people talking in the background on a track like this ROTFLMAO If I was ever even slightly on the spectrum I just rolled off laughing and have recovered. I know some people say it isn’t always good to accept certain diagnosis and it can be a form of medical curse. However I definitely know Mercury has had a significant impact on me and I do have some ADHD symptoms at times most likely related to PTSD. Also possibly because of head injuries. I just do not appreciate being the butt end of any jokes where people might be trying to imply I might not be all there or whatever. I’ve had some setbacks most likely because of severe and prolonged sleep deprivation. However I’m not a imbecile. This is calming though thank you. I pray to get all the Mercury out of my system and a few other things so that I can fully recover. I get frustrated sometimes because people are trying to help me budget and I’ve been paying for a large amount of my alternative healthcare out of pocket. I REALLY appreciate folks like yourself taking the time to make tracts like this.

This helped me with a sudden and unexpected panic attack after the holidays a couple of years back. It was so bad that the only way I could leave the house is if I had and carried around with me chamomile tea and was listening to this. Needless to say, I was able to go back to my work after only one day of absence.
