Zahra Wellington Zahra Wellington hey, I'm an autistic adult (only discovered 3 years ago). Your son should be just fine as long as you're teaching him some good techniques and strategies for managing anxiety, overloads (these videos are a really great starting point)and any learning difficulties he may have, it'll help him avoid difficulties later on like I did. Stress and anxiety related conditions are easily avoided by simply allowing an autistic person to be themselves, supporting them with any difficulties and encouraging them with what they love to do. It helps them become confident and the best autistic they can be! There are some really great video series for helping autistics on KZbin, my favourite is Ask An Autistic on Amythest Schaber's channel. They give you tones of valuable information!

Thought at first I was imagining things when I heard an indistinct voice in the background just as I was drifting off. Though it disrupted my zen I continued hoping it was an aberration and that the rest of the recording would be free of any more disturbances. Unfortunately the voice(s?) picks up again and the distraction is even worse. Too bad too. REALLY REALLY appreciated this audio, thought I had found an answer to my sleep desperation and help with autism symptoms. If you can ignore the almost subliminal voice interruptions, this audio is indeed unique.

At my job, one of the callers told me he lost his wife. So I went to the business of changing the name on the catalog he was ordering from. So I did not know if I pretended to be normal enough.

@PRISTINE JOEL I'm 53 years old. Taking a few herbs won't be some quick fix I'm afraid. The problem is the heavy metals. Removing the heavy metals is one thing, but so much damage has already been done and this will take some time to repair. I've heard of small children responding well to various herbs that remove the heavy metals from the brain. Recovery is quicker in small children, as they are so much younger and there's been less time for the heavy metals to cause as much damage and so their brains don't take as long to recover. Yes, I do believe that I can completely recover, although for me it will take a lot longer as the heavy metals have been in my system for years and so have had a lot more time to cause more damage. The herbs don't actually heal the Autism, they just remove the heavy metals from the brain, thus giving the brain the opportunity to heal. I have discussed this with my naturopath. I'm currently on a heavy metal detox and have had a few heavy metal detoxes over the years. The Asperger's has lessened slightly over time, but still some healing to do. Thanks anyway.

There are actual voices on this short looped track -having a conversation. The words are not distinguishable, although the woman at one point says "Oh, my God." Very distracting and makes it not useful for me. Probably only someone with autism can hear it!
