I will say, I get chills when I listen to this. Not in a bad way, it's actually very calming. I am diagnosed with High Functioning Autism and since my hearing is so strong that I can hear a leaf scrape against the pavement across the street from inside my house this helps block things out. Zahra Wellington Zahra Wellington hey, I'm an autistic adult (only discovered 3 years ago). Your son should be just fine as long as you're teaching him some good techniques and strategies for managing anxiety, overloads (these videos are a really great starting point)and any learning difficulties he may have, it'll help him avoid difficulties later on like I did. Stress and anxiety related conditions are easily avoided by simply allowing an autistic person to be themselves, supporting them with any difficulties and encouraging them with what they love to do. It helps them become confident and the best autistic they can be! There are some really great video series for helping autistics on KZbin, my favourite is Ask An Autistic on Amythest Schaber's channel. They give you tones of valuable information!

Thank you so much! Lately I've been under stress and I believe it has exasperated my sensory issues. I have this feeling like I'm floating or that I might disappear. I've resorted to laying under a heavy blanket with pillows and that sort of helped, but I can't just stay in bed all day. This is immediately soothing. I was getting scared, but I feel I'm more in my body now. Sending you love.

I have autism and ADHD, I’m a 20 yr old in college… and I have to live in a dorm. At about 10 minutes into this I felt a difference. Will be using this more… thank you so much for this!

Thought at first I was imagining things when I heard an indistinct voice in the background just as I was drifting off. Though it disrupted my zen I continued hoping it was an aberration and that the rest of the recording would be free of any more disturbances. Unfortunately the voice(s?) picks up again and the distraction is even worse. Too bad too. REALLY REALLY appreciated this audio, thought I had found an answer to my sleep desperation and help with autism symptoms. If you can ignore the almost subliminal voice interruptions, this audio is indeed unique.

Yes, it's a live recording of a meditation session and the instructor says "Oh, namaste" as a student leaves the class. I left it in there because I feel it adds a little human element to the loop and also serves as a grounding point to prevent myself, and perhaps other listeners from losing focus.

At my job, one of the callers told me he lost his wife. So I went to the business of changing the name on the catalog he was ordering from. I did not know the appropriate response to something like that. It made me feel uncomfortable, like I was to say something, because that is what you are supposed to do. So I did not know if I pretended to be normal enough.

Why do neurotypicals usually dislike and mock people with neurodivergent disorders? Is there an evolutionary basis for it? @PRISTINE JOEL I'm 53 years old. Taking a few herbs won't be some quick fix I'm afraid. The problem is the heavy metals. Removing the heavy metals is one thing, but so much damage has already been done and this will take some time to repair. I've heard of small children responding well to various herbs that remove the heavy metals from the brain. Recovery is quicker in small children, as they are so much younger and there's been less time for the heavy metals to cause as much damage and so their brains don't take as long to recover. Yes, I do believe that I can completely recover, although for me it will take a lot longer as the heavy metals have been in my system for years and so have had a lot more time to cause more damage. The herbs don't actually heal the Autism, they just remove the heavy metals from the brain, thus giving the brain the opportunity to heal. I have discussed this with my naturopath. I'm currently on a heavy metal detox and have had a few heavy metal detoxes over the years. The Asperger's has lessened slightly over time, but still some healing to do. Thanks anyway.

My son has autism and tonight he was beyond high energy trying to get him to sleep. Within about 10 mins of this being on we were both asleep. ❤️❤️ I had to get up to put away supper though 🤣

It seems like only a few people hear it? I've been searching for other people who hear it. It's on a loop. It sounds like a woman saying "oh my God".

There are actual voices on this short looped track -having a conversation. The words are not distinguishable, although the woman at one point says "Oh, my God." Very distracting and makes it not useful for me. Probably only someone with autism can hear it! I think it's been edited since I last listened, and voices less noticeable now, but occasional bits of voice frequencies that don't "fit."

I'm a non verbal, spd, asd kiddo's mom. He is almost 5. We listen to this at night. It seems to calm him. We have listen to other stations but they just use frequency sounds that are irritating. The water sounds and bowl are nice but I wonder if this is not helping potty training for bed lol.... just subscribed to you I hope you have more

Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. I'm happy it's helping your son. As I've stated before on here, I use these for nap time/bedtime and tantrums with much success. It also helps me at times when dealing with their tantrums. I keep meaning to upload more tracks but real life stuff keeps me super busy. Soon!!!

while listening to this with headphones... after listening to this for a while and after a certain volume (while speaking with headphones on) it sounds like you have a robotic voice... I kinda like it.

I'm so fucking ADHD and this is great. I find the start to be like an aircraft and the engines running and sort of shaking the plane a little bit from the recoil of the jets firing, lol.

Does anyone have any soundtracks or videos similar to this which they also found effective? I find this helpful but for whatever reason the effect of any meditative thing I do seems to wear off after the first few times.

These always helped me cause.I 'm constantly worrying, If my Mental Disorder is driving people away from me or not? People say they understand but than start acting differently around me after awhile. It's Freaking Annoying as Freak! Even if they know you're different. It doesn't excuse their aloof nature around individuals like us.
