Love the video, I got me a printer and it came today and I have been punching cards out for re-list. THis is my retirement gig since last month. My questions is you said you put in the description on ebay the lines are from the scanner not the card? Do you have an example of that?

I bought this 8 months ago because you said it was a good scanner and it could not be farther from that. I still cannot get it to scan consistently without causing distorted images even if I do one at a time. Tried cleaning and everything. Just not made for sportscard scanning like you said it was. What would you use as the app to transfer your pics to ebay and collx from this scanner. Just got one and love it ut of course it doesn't have that ability.

I’m scanning Lorcana cards after making the modifications, and it keeps grabbing two cards at a time. They are penny sleeved. Is the card stock too thin?

Can this scan card savers? I’m doing Pokémon and pokemon cards are much thinner than sports cards. Just curious if it can safely scab card savers

Another big aspect of being a lower end seller is that it’s much easier to sell multiple cards and turn over your stock a lot faster. When I buy, I like to pair a few cards from one seller, which is much easier if it’s priced lower

For the cards you are putting into an envelope under 20 dollars are you just putting a stamp on them? And if you are not is there a reason you can not just buy a stamp and mail it out?

Great content! I bought the epson 400 and it will not work for what i have. I want to know how the chrome and mosaics look on this scanner? I been having a problem with scanning anything that is refractor or parallel.. like select football and basketball and mosiac basketball and football and prizim cards. Been dabbling with this unfortunately mine has scratch lines which is maddening. Fine with penny sleeves but automating is difficult. Also not having the CCD sensor hurts getting a fujitsu to try and hopefully no scratches on that

As a seller, I feel like I always get ripped off when I list cards for auction. If I price them low to attract bidders, they never sell for what they’re worth. If I price them at market price, they don’t sell. I’ll continue to list my cards fixed price at fair market value and just be patient for the right buyer.

I’ve been trying to sell all day. people only want the fancy dancy cards are very limited. They want the heavy hitters from every single series. They want the rich famous Hall of Famer from the old sets and me on a moment to pull out Nolan out of nowhere. They need to make it away like if you go to see someone you have to be there at so much time because if I spend my time looking for this card, my cards are singles and I got a tiny bit of slabs and I got a tiny bit of autographs mainly what I have is stuff, I want to sell. I want to be a business. I’m just sick and tired of it. Like I said I’m so close throwing all my cards around $25 baseball cards possibly around 80 to 70,000 cards into the fire pit because that’s how people treat us collections who will love to sell them.

Hey Jason, I used your advise on card dealer pro and the Epsom scanner around a year ago. On that scanner, it does card savers like a champ so long as the card saver is new. Thank you. You elevated me.

Hi JMac, thanks for all your videos! You are literally the only valuable source I can find so I appreciate all your help. Budget concious here. I"m contemplating getting the ES-400 II however, I need to understand if it will take toploaders, and if so, what is the max .pt thickess toploader? Also, what .pt thickness for cards only in penny sleeves that you've run through it? I looked at this model in Staples and the slot they come out of looks quite narrow. Finally, Epson has the ES 500W II, and 580W that are wireless but I'm not seeing any feedback on these models, and wondering if you have? They look the same but just with added wi-fi and lcd panel for 580.

Here’s a little tip and what I do when I ship slabs: I fold the ends of the painters tape so that the customer has a pull tab.
