You need this to add soapberries and wash your clothes with this 1 natural ingredient which lasts about 5 washes then can be simply composted.

Dear..i was diabetic and all you have here is carbohidrate and i dont eat it unless i want to go back to diabetic..i dont touch any carbs..as you know is not the sugar but the carbs what raise insuline..of course doctors dont sant you to know..all fruits are carbs..you are going to become diabetic if you eat that diet...i love you dont get mad..
@TheCrossLegacy21 сағат бұрын
Hi, thanks for your concern. I am actually diabetic but not everyone in my family is and this is a portion of the items that we have to have food security in our home but mostly these items were pulled off of the shelves to teach others that do eat these items how to store them. My goal is not to judge what other people eat but help them store the items that their families eat so it saves them money and they are not throwing food out.

I tried your wash/dry/jar method on spinach, carrots, strawberries and more. My jars have condensation inside while in the refrigerator, is this Ok? The spinach looks wilted from being dried, does it come back at some point in the glass container or if I run water over it in the sink before using?
@TheCrossLegacy21 сағат бұрын
Hi, Yes a little bit of condensation is okay, I have a video about it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3_Uk4x9nbd5qtE

The spinach should be fine, when it is in the fridge it should look better again, I don't put water on it again after washing. Thanks for watching and commenting! I have a whole video here too if that helps: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iX-boYFridGWqJI

Box of 12 quart jars at Walmart are $16.74 Oct 2, just purchased a box. Then found them cheaper at Target @$14.99. Also, Lowe's Home Improvement sells jars. Rural King has 1 1/2 pint jars.

When you buy in bulk then wash dry & put in crisper drawer with lemons. How will they ripen from "rock hard" ? Or do you leave on counter a day or two to ripen some then wash dry process? When do you put into glass jars, only when you use just half, & include the pit? Just confirming. Thanks for your invaluable insights. (You need to go on Dave Ramsey show!)😊

You are a great lady. I wash my produce and put vinegar but I don’t rinse the vinegar. I think the acidity on the produce will discourage any bacteria growth .

On a towel on your counter. Some people use a clean fan but I haven't tested to see if it speeds up the process. Rotate them about an hour in will help too.

I can't link in shorts comments, but if you go to my page, there are playlists of fruits and vegetables. Also one called 'wash produce with me' where I wash 20 different items in about a 10 minutes video. I hope that helps!

@TheCrossLegacy5 күн бұрын
Thanks so much for watching and following along. I'm glad that you have been able to put some of the information to use. I would use a metal lid on the yogurt so that it is airtight.

How do you store your carrots once they’ve been washed? Also, I have always heard never to wash any berries and then store them in glass containers nexhzar they spoil faster that way. They can be stored in glass after purchasing, but washed only right before consuming them. Your thoughts please?
@TheCrossLegacy5 күн бұрын
I have personally been storing berries like this for years and we only go grocery shopping once every 3 weeks with zero food waste. Before my tedtalk and writing my first book I did even more research on this method. Berries washed and stored like I teach are safe to eat for the length I recommend, each berry is different and I have tons of videos here about them. www.thecrosslegacy.com/book is where to find the book. I have a carrot video also but I normally store them as sticks in glass Pyrex or a Mason jar.
