It’s all set up… but everyday it starts with the don’t ever unplug it screen, I don’t know how to make it go to pictures from there, problem #1…. Then I go back to a screen that has nothing I want to do, then it keeps disconnecting from WiFi…. Getting very frustrated!!!

He plugged in the frameo but did nt show where it goes in the back. Like him , I turned it every which way to see where to plug it in. He found it but did nt show where.

need a utube to show me how to set up the stand & where do i plug it into the back of the frame! you yourself had a little bit of a struggle with these 2 items. however, when u completed these tasks, u did not show us how to accomplish these

I can't even add one photo without having to do a 'free trial' then its $15/year. I hate being tied to an app, let alone a subscription.

Then just connect to your computer & in settings allow file transfer. I've just uploaded 400 files at no cost whatsoever!

Do you have to add the digital code each time you want to add additional pictures to the frame?

Not on mine. I only had to do once and now I keep adding photos to it. I will be uploading another video reviewing it and answer all the questions since I’m getting a lot of questions asked.
