In the US, and practically all the European Countries there's freedom of speech. After all, many of the people which watch videos critical of Critical Drinker (including this one) aren't going to then go watch his content. It's pretty typical that many people, if they hear from numerous trusted sources that a piece of media is bad, will not spend time or money watching that piece of media. And Drinker's older videos did earn him the trust of many of his viewers, to the point where they start watching his video *instead* of the content he's talking about, instead of *in addition to* it. I remember seeing his Captain Marvel video a thousand years ago and thinking it was pretty spot-on with how I felt after seeing the movie. Later, I saw his Watchmen (TV show) video, and wondered if he'd actually even watched the show at all. Then I tried watching a more recent video (I don't even remember what it was about) and he was so insufferable within the first two minutes that I just gave up.
