Just realized I never said what my Top 10 was. Guess I gotta change that (long comment warning). 10) Asgore VS Iroh (Undertale VS Avatar) Reason: While Iroh VS Oogway is still a great matchup, this one just hits the right notes for me. It also helps the dynamic is a bit better than most of Asgore's matchups. 9) Beta Ray Bill VS Atrocitus (Marvel VS DC) Reason: Straight up my favorite Marvel VS DC matchup. Not only does it go into the more tragic side of their origins, but it also is kind of similar to Gorr VS Walker (though not exactly like that). 8) Augus VS Boros (Asura's Wrath VS One Punch Man) Reason: Might not have much connections, but I love the potential for this. It also helps that Augus represents one of my favorite types of character in fiction (the guy who loves to fight, but isn't good or evil). 7) Father VS Belos (FMAB VS Owl House) Reason: Both these franchises mean so much to me (with FMAB being my 2nd favorite anime & Owl House being one of my favorite cartoons). It also helps Belos is one of my favorite cartoon villains of all time. 6) Lu Bu VS Kenpachi Zaraki (Record of Ragnarok VS Bleach) Reason: ROR is another one of my favorite animes & I am currently watching Bleach, so that helps. There's also the fact ROR has so much potential in a Death Battle. 5) Albert Wesker VS Liquid Snake (Resident Evil VS Metal Gear) Reason: I just love how insane this could be, with them starting out in their base forms, to having Metal Gear REX VS Ourborus Wesker. And the fact it's really debatable is cool. 4) Younger Toguro VS Akaza (Yu Yu Hakusho VS Demon Slayer) Reason: YYH is my favorite anime of all time, with Toguro being one of my favorite anime villains. Not only is the dynamic really neat, but you could also have an emotional ending. 3) Nemesis VS Subject Delta (Resident Evil VS Bioshock) Reason: Not only dies it vibe so much, but I also really like the Bioshock franchise. 2) Superman VS Optimus Prime (DC VS Transformers) Reason: Both are some of my favorite characters in fiction (with Supes being my favorite). Not to mention the music & ending could be done really well. 1) Asura VS Adam (Asura's Wrath VS Record of Ragnarok) Reason: Asura's Wrath is my favorite video game of all time (with Asura also being my 2nd favorite character in fiction) & Adam being my favorite character from ROR. Not only does it focus more on the "father" aspect for both of them, but it also helps the two have been comapred quite a bit. As for the fight, you could show off not only some impressive H2H combat, but also their unwavering wills to protect their children. And finally, you could have them at the end of the fight having a raw as heck final act of them just throwing punches at each other (similar to Augus VS Asura), with it ending in a similar way to Yasha VS Asura, where the winner makes it their goal to not only keep fighting the gods, but also protecting the loser's children. Sorry if this comment was so long, I just love talking about Death Battle.
